Dr. Novo was wonderful. I had the Yag Laser done on some broken capillaries on my chin and for the first time I can look in the mirror and I don't see them. I can tell you it brought tears to my eyes because I can't remember how many years that it has been that I haven't seen them there. Dr. Novo and her staff took the time to listen to my concerns and figured out the right procedure for me.

dr heshimian is ok but the office after agreeing that the bill was paid in full 3 months later they send another charge ,be wary of their ways .

I originally loved the doctor. But I had issues with one breast from the beginning and I was told don’t worry when the swelling goes down it’ll be fine. Not fine. He didn’t take into consideration my body structure and took the easy route and placed the same size implant for both breasts. I know they’re sisters not twins, but they way he placed the implant and that he didn’t compensate for my chest depression (something that was mentioned in the initial consultation), they are only cousins through marriage. Now a year later he wants me to pay another substantial amount to fix his error. Not only do I need to pay for his mistake, to have the desired results I will need to undergo surgery again oh and this time he will place a larger implant to compensate for that chest depression. The staff is nice, his personal assistant was accommodating until I was upset about the need for another surgery and the costs (which would total over 12k) then she became for blunt and short. Terrible experience in the end. Shame on me for not insisting on something different and trusting in the medical professional.

I have been a patient of Dr Loren Clayman's for many years now and I just love that man. He is so knowledgable, takes time with you, is a very kind man. I also love his bed-side manner. He is an all around good person and I am fortunate to have met him. Thank you for the years of care and compassion.

I first met Dr Shuter and his staff years ago, a year after the birth of my first child. After interviewing many plastic surgeons, I knew he was the one. He is an artist who uses a scalpel instead of a paintbrush. His knowledge is unmeasurable, his professionalism is top notch, his skill is unbelievable! Whether it be for major reconstructive surgery or in office procedures there is not a single other person I would trust other than Dr Shuter. That being said, Faina is hands down the best there is for CoolSculpting.

Dr. Lee and his staff are the MOST wonderful people you can meet! They make you feel SO comfortable and you feel you can ask them about anything and everything! I would 100% recommend them to everyone! I couldn't have been more blessed to have found them and am GREATLY APPRECIATIVE for them!
