I would never describe Dr. Duplechain as being rude. I'm actually quite shocked this was written about him for the public to read. BOTH Dr. Duplechain and his staff are extremely polite. I feel welcomed and genuinely taken care of every time I walk through that door. They have always answered my questions with great knowledge and honesty and compassion. These guys know what their doing! You won't be disappointed. If you just so happen to be disappointed, and you are 100% honest to him and the staff, they WILL take care of it and see to it that you are more than happy and satisfied with the results! I will NEVER go anywheres else!!

I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Odinet and it was a most enjoyable experience. His staff are amazing people and throughout the entire process I felt comfortable and important.. Dr. Odinet himself is very professional, thorough, and and just an all around genuine person. I was so pleased with the outcome of my procedure and I recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jay, Micah and Amber. I'm a man who had the liposuction/tummy tuck procedure not quite a month ago and I'm feeling terrific. My experience has been beyond my expectations. From the care and concern shown at the very first consultative appointment, then the actual surgery and now post op visits, I have absolutely nothing to complain about or criticize. I am elated about my results even at this early point, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Now that my post op visits are more spaced out, I'll actually miss these three! Thank you!

I had surgery for my hidradenitis supportiva with Dr.Chan and on the initial visit for my assessment he went thoroughly through all my options, the process, and what to expect from surgery and the healing process. He was so patient with our questions and concerns, my parents are pretty protective lol. But not only did he put their mind at ease, so did his staff as well. Selina was so nice and diligent with my insurance and pco's office assuring that I got the proper referrals and was always sweet about checking on my approval before surgery. Even after surgery hearing about how long my recovery process was taking she filed for my extension with my insurance before the hospital staff even did. Raj was very comforting when it came to removing Staples and bandages, the staff for Dr.Chan are literally just as phenomenal of a person as he is. Not only with their medical skills, but with their bedside manner as well. Surgery for anyone is a hard thing to agree to, but suffering from hidradenitis for decades was even harder. I strongly support Dr.Chan and his team, and genuinely recommend his services for any medical procedure you may need.

I had a great experience during my visit as I always do. Very professional staff and the doctors are fantastic. I go to the mirror as the days pass after my filler and Botox and it just keeps getting better. I wish everyone person that wanted something done to make them self more confident in their appearance would go to Q n A and get the works. Awesome is a good discription of my experience!

Dr. Kinsley did an absolutely wonderful job! I've never looked or felt so good! Dr. Kinsley's staff, the staff at OLOL Surgical Center and the Anesthesiologist Dr. Martin are awesome. I definitely would recommend her !

I recently picked Dr Michele Cooper as my top choice for cosmetic surgery. I visited a total of 7 plastic surgeons. What I loved about the whole experience is that she and her entire staff went over and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the results because she spent her time and shared great ideas and recommendations with me. I felt as if I were a family member. In just 3 wks from my first treatment on a brown spot on the left side of my jaw by the awesome @kthuval with the Pico Genesis laser at @northshore_plasticsurgery, it is nearly gone!!! HOW AMAZING!!😁 This is the 3rd area between my mother and I that we've had treated by Katie @northshore_plasticsurgery within the last 8 months. First, the dogbite on my face which is nearly undetectable only 8 months later, then the removal of a similar brown spot on my mother's face, which led me to getting my own brown spot treated with this laser. It may not seem like a big deal but seeing this brown spot on my face every day, along with my dogbite was a tad unsettling, but such an amazing thing to see that I did not have to live with either forever🙌🏻 At the 4 wk mark I will have 1 more treatment to take care of the remnants of that spot that remain after the initial shedding of the majority of the spot. If you have some skin discoloration or scarring that makes you uncomfortable, do not fret, it is fixable, just set an appointment with the Aesthetician, Katie, @northshore_plasticsurgery and be on your way to youthful flawless skin!😁
