What an amazing experience! I had Rhinoplasty [ok...nose job] done and it worked out better than I could have ever imagined. The staff is soooo friendly and the after-care allowed me to have a pain free recovery.

My husband had been in a car accident as a teenager when a drunk driver hit him and the plastic surgeon did poor work at the hospital. He had to have Dr. Vogt do reconstructive surgery four years latter. He did a great job. No one would ever know he had been in an accident unless told. He sent a family member for a breast reduction surgery too, and he did a good job. He is a very caring and compassionate man.

I went in for a rhinoplasty (enlarged noise) they were to shave of the excess to form a new normal size nose. after 1 month it just wouldn't heal i went back 3 times, each time they would pull off the bandage and it would start bleeding again and whatever healing was pulled off with the bandage. I WAS NEVER TOLD TO GENTLY SOAK IT OFF SO AS NOT TO DISTURB THE HEALING. They kept saying don't worry it will heal, Well after 7 months it finally scarred over and I am stuck with a nose with ugly scar tissue covering the entire thing. Dr Rubeck offered to take skin from behind my ears and use it for a skin graft on the nose. I didn't let him do it. Its my feeling if he messed up a simple noise reduction I wouldn't trust him with something more difficult. I just saw another GP at the Mayo Clinic who after seeing my nose asked me if I tried scar cream . I said no one ever told me that something like that existed. i've been using it now for 4 months and i'll be darned its working . i'm finally to the point where i'm no longer embarassed to be seen in public. I T WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF RUBECK MENTIONED THE CREAM. Another thing people should know, MN top doctors awards are purchased by the the doctor, not really earned,

Five star quality care and very happy with my surgical results. I had bilateral ptosis repair, bilateral blephraplasty, and bilateral brow lift. Dr Jill Melchior was a great listener, communicated w me on my level so i understood my plan of care and really improved my appearance while improving my field of vision. All her nurses were very supportive as well. Post op directions for care were concise and easy to follow. I would give their phone service a three star rating due to long wait times. Death hold ......then leaving message is the only option with hopes they call back soon. No number to call with urgent concerns. Clumsy system and frustrating to use.

I have seen 4 different plastic surgeons for breast enlargement. No one impressed me more than Dr. Hatfield. She was thorough and answered all my questions. She even spent extra time with me and my husband so I could pick the right size of implants. She called me personally the night of surgery, just to see how I was doing. Kristine, her nurse, has checked in with me on a regular basis. I am 6 weeks out from surgery and am loving my breasts. Everything turned out beautiful. Dr. Hatfield did such an awesome job. I couldn't have been happier and I have already recommended her to many of my friends.
