The following is my experience with Doctor Elliot M. Heller and his staff. I am a 63 1/2 year old woman who when growing up always looked young for my age and took pride in my appearance. Going into my 60’s when I looked into the mirror, I realized how tired and old I appeared. I felt my face did not match my body, which is still slim, nor did it reflect how youthful I felt. I decided to go for a consultation with Doctor Elliot M Heller in his Staten Island office. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was planning on going only for a facelift, but he suggested to include a cheek lift and fat injection for my laugh lines. On the day of surgery we discuss the procedure for my facelift, cheek lift and fat injection to my face. Dr. Binion (anesthesia) explained in detail the procedure, and made me feel very comfortable. Shannon and Matea (RN) are angels sent from heaven. Karen (surgeon tech) and of course Dr. Elliot M. Heller displayed wonderful bedside manner. Danielle, Jackie and everyone who I may have missed here are caring, compassionate, professional, friendly and answered all my questions. And of course, Dr. Elliot M. Heller is incredible! I trust him and only him for any other procedure/surgery I might have in the future. I strongly recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone who is contemplating cosmetic surgery. Thank you again Dr. Elliot M. Heller.

Lucy Davis is not a patient of Dr Jeffrey Schiller's practice. Disgruntled ex-employee perhaps? Dr Schiller is an excellent surgeon, very professional and caring - and his new and improved staff is amazing!

Dr. Testa is incredible! He has such great bedside manners and makes the rest of the worries of the world fade away. He really took care of me through every step of the way for my leg and stomach liposuction and BBL. I had a million concerns and he was patient with me and will make you feel like you have a best friend in him! He definitely has my best interest at heart. During surgery he was great! He continually asked me if I was okay. Even at the worst moments I would say that pain was barely a level 1 out of 10! I'm a baby when it comes to pain and the whole procedure didn't hurt at all. Afterwards he made sure I was okay, taking care of myself properly and healing well. I barely had an bruising, like a .5 out of 10 and my scars are healing great. I can't wait to get future work done with him! Thank you Dr. Testa!!! Wishing you the best always!

After undergoing a skin graft surgery in Canada to remove a potentially cancerous Marjolin ulcer and moving to the United States for medical school I was in desperate need to find a physician to monitor and examine my healing skin graft. Being a Canadian with no health insurance in the US, I was concerned about the impending costs associated with it's management in addition to the worry if my skin graft was healing appropriately. I made a phone call to Dr. Bakshandeh's office and was promptly given an appointment and was pleased to see such friendly and accommodating staff. Once I arrived at his clinic, I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Bakshadeh took his time and performed a thorough history and examination of my skin graft. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He showed me how to appropriately change my dressings and explained to me carefully how to manage it. He was also aware I was a medical student in crippling debt and gave me his personal email address to send pictures of the skin graft's healing and progression (rather than making me take a taxi all the way down and pay out of pocket fees) and said he would be happy to take a look at them and guide me through it's healing. I did this and he promptly replied to my email to inform me about it's progression and any further advice on it's management. I will be forever grateful for his knowledge, help and kindness. Not everyday you find a doc like this.

I am a patient of Dr. Aleksandr Shteynberg and I just love him he is very tentative always have a smile and I wouldn't want any other plastic surgeon but him he has helped me through my trying times and has assured me that everything is going to be fine and I trust him completely I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon no matter what it is that you may need I am sure that he will be able to help you and I am glad that he is my plastic surgeon and I thank him very very much for helping me through my breast cancer surgery and I look forward to seeing him again so ladies and gentlemen's if you're looking for a great plastic surgeon please look him up he's one of the best

Not only did the consultant make me wait an hour to see her, she then was unprepared. She had no images to show me and was trying to surf the web to find some to show me. Obviously I could do that on my own time. Also, I had to correct her on her knowledge. How do I know more about the procudeure than you?! She told me something wasn't possible, it 100% was because it was my third consult so I'm well aware about the procedure. Bad experience.
