He is personable, efficient , and most importantly an excellent surgeon. He also has the most effective and diligent administrative support staff I have encountered. They were available at all hours to answer all of my questions in the days immediately after my surgery.

I heard Dr. Franck was a good surgeon so I got a referral and scheduled a visit to see what he can do with this scar on my nose. Went there a million times with scheduled visits to only be told come back in a few weeks to see what we can do. Meanwhile nothing was never done to my face my scar is still there after paying for 4 doctors visits
