Loved it is correct! I don't do online reviews/surveys, but I felt the need to report my personal experience with Dr. Brought's office. They have been polite, patient, and available at all times for me, even when I'm sure I was nagging them over trivial questions. I couldn't have been more impressed with Dr. Brought's patience and insistence in my comfort with moving forward with surgery. He figuratively and literally held my hand throughout the entire process and I will never forget it. Don't hesitate to call and schedule a consultation. He never made me feel pressure in any way and actually discouraged me from undergoing any procedure until I was 100% comfortable in doing so, even though I was nervous, which he assured me was completely normal. I am so glad I did and will be forever grateful!

I recently had a sebaceous cyst removed from the back of my neck the size of a golf ball that had been with me for 40 or more years. I was very self conscious of it and always thought people were looking at it. I finally decided to have it removed and thanks to Dr. Martin it was a complete success. Only a small scar remains and it is hidden by the hair. I could not have been more pleased with his professional care. Thank you Dr. Martin, you have made a significant change to my life. Eddy Keyes

I would have given anything in the world if I done my research first. As a graduate student, research is key to anything! But I trusted my PCP in his recommendations. I'm using another persons Google account to post this because I'm seriously thinking about filing a medical negligence case against this office. When you have your first consult, they sell you on the idea that you will look fabulous. It's been my dream for years to have a normal size breast. He told me right away to go shopping for bras. To be able to wear a beautiful bra has been my dream since I was 19 years old. The lacy bras or any bra besides a granny Playtex bra! LOL! Not only did the office and the doctor dismiss my plea for mercy, they chose to repeatedly not listen to me when I said I had a post surgical infection. The first 3 weeks after the surgery, I called numerous times. I knew, from knowledge and experience, something wasn't right. 4 weeks later, after suffering antagonizing pain and neglect, a God send, a nurse practitioner listened to me. She knew, from years of actually studying, that I indeed had an infection from the surgery. I was given 2 shots of antibiotics and then 8x a day @ 7 days. Finally some relief!!! I didn't have to scream and cry anymore like a deranged lunatic. For a long 28 days though I suffered tremendously and it all could have been prevented had someone actually listened to me, instead of dismissing me. That's just unethical and unprofessional. I still have to find a surgeon to have the abscess from my breast removed, then find a new surgeon who can try to at least make my breasts look like breasts. They look like deflated pancakes. I can not even wear a normal bra. Why? The top is completely flat, no cleavage and the sides hang over. Thank God for sports bras with pads because that's the only type bra I'll ever be able to wear :( The cup of the bra is almost completely empty, no matter if it's an A cup or C cup. I have no breast at the top and some at the bottom. They dont shake or jiggle. It is just very deformed looking. They look almost like a mans chest with a little extra at the bottom of the breast. I was so excited to have the surgery. It was like my dreams were finally coming true. I had a rather large breast size before. Most of my friends ask me if i regret it. I've been teased and called names since the surgery but i try to make it look like I have boob with called a Genie bra. I try to block it out of my head psychologically, but hopefully this review will help and maybe next time, they'll listen to their patients. Always be wary of the so called "know it all" attitude in the medical field. I had never been treated so horrible as I was here..another thing, before the surgery they were awesome! Really sweet and had me pumped up..i just don't see why they changed afterwards. I was in horrible, excruciating pain that I should have never experienced. All I tried explaining to then was that I had an infection and they didn't want to own up to it. The doctor dismissed me by saying I was going thru pain meds withdrawals. I was not. I had my pain medicine and the reason why it wasn't working was because of the infection from the surgery!!!! All I was asking for was antibiotics...that was it. I wish I had never ever chose not to research various surgeons had I known this was going to happen. I just thought I would look normal and finally get to wear shirts and bras that I couldn't wear before. I am suffering from depression now and have even more of a self image complex. Thanks alot!

Breast Implant revision was a success!!!! If you are considering breast implants or breast augmentation, please do yourself a favor and consult with Dr Ver Halen. He is a perfectionist and goes above standards to care for his patients and see that they get the best results possible. I finally have the breasts I have always wanted.... Thank you Dr Ver Halen and staff!

In my mind Dr. Walter Efird is the premiere cosmetic plastic surgeon in the mid-south area. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. His staff are professional and the procedure was fully explained before any contracts were drawn up. Excellent.

I love my Botox! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be returning and will definitely recommend people.

5 years ago I made a life altering decision to have gastric bypass. After working hard, I lost half my weight and because of that, I struggled being confident with saggy stomach skin and un-symmetrical breasts. I was interested in an extended tummy tuck and a breast aug/lift. I had been thinking about this surgery for a while, but as a career focused working mom I struggled finding the time or courage to follow through. I had previous consultations with other surgeons and then I met Dr. Papillion and the amazing team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. From the consultation, I felt comfortable and valued. Dr. Papillion was calm, confident and extremely patient. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), his opinions were different than the previous surgeon I had consulted with and because of this I was a bit anxious. He spent extra time showing me previous surgeries he had done and building my confidence that he was the man to do this job. His nurse Olivia was reassuring and honest as she helped me work through my size options. Then came the hard part, the financial consultation. Normally this process is painful and uncomfortable. But Cindy, Dr P’s financial coordinator was outstanding! She cares and she understands how to mix costs with heart - very, very rare. Dr P showed me that he cared more about me and the outcome he delivered than the money as he worked with me to make this a tangible option. To add to this, Dr P consulted with me twice to further answer questions, help me (I am so indecisive) select a size and finalize my decision. This is impressive for a doctor and a team, especially a cosmetic surgery Office. You see, for me this was not just a decision to be more “beautiful” but it was a decision to get “me” back. To feel confident and to feel as healthy as I had worked so hard to reach. This team did that and more... The surgery- on go day, I was nervous- but the team at Williamson Co Medical Center were outstanding. Once again Dr P came in with a confidence and professionalism that was top notch. He assured me that he brought multiple size implants to ensure I would get the size that left me feeling natural and confident. Post surgery was tough of course as any surgery is, but I was back to work and functioning (even if I was a little slower) within 2 weeks with BEUATIFUL, detailed results and great post operative progress. All my post-op care was detailed, compassionate and attentive. I am now 10 months post-op and my results are better than I had ever imagined. I went from a scared patient who was balancing between gaining confidence and over coming my surgery fears, to a confident, ecstatic patients who believes in Dr P’s high caliber professionalism and excellent clinical quality. Thank you to Dr Papillion and his incredible team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery! They care today just as much about me as they cared before they had my business! I will be a patient for life!

Thank you sooo much for making my skin so beautyfullll!! Dr. Ramirez did the Halo laser and my skin is so even. I am so happy with the results! Christina also recommended the ZO skin products for me and I absolutely love them. My skin has never looked better! I cant wait for my next laser treatment next month!
