Dr. Christopher Hankins is a superb plastic surgeon who cares for his patients. He personally contacts you upon completion of surgery. I appreciated his concern and willingness to check on my health. My scar is negligible. His staff goes the extra yard for both the doctor and the patients. I highly recommend the Pearland Premier Plastic Surgery team!

Facial surgery to remove Melanoma was performed by Dr. Carpin. Prompt appointments, such a nice, attentive, capable physician, very pleased with results.

Dr. Banerji is amazing. He has a wonderful bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable with the procedure and did a wonderful job on both procedures I had done. I will trust him with any future work that I may decide to have done. The staff at both the Pearland and Webster offices are amazing. DONT GO THERE. THEY HAVE AN ANSWERING SERVICE, THEY SCHEDULE ME FOR NEXT DAY APP. WHEN I GOT CONFIRMATION EMAIL WAS ONE WEEK AHEAD. I CALL TO TELL THEM I CANT MAKE IT THAT DAY, SO HE SAY JUST BE THERE TOMORROW I WILL MAKE A NOTE ON THE SCHEDULE. I GOT THERE, THEY TOLD ME YOU ARE NOT ON THE SCHEDULE. I EXPLAIN THE CITUATION TO THE FRONT STAFF. SHE SAY IS NOT POSSIBLE THEY DONT MAKE MISTAKE OF BOOKING LIKE THAT. I Want to Cancel APP AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM CONSULTATION. SHE SAY SORRY CANT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY TOOK MY MONEY JUST LIKE THAT. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. SHE DIDNT EVEN TRY TO CALL THE ANSWERING SERVICE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

Dr. Casso has performed several plastic surgery procedures for me. He is a kind, caring, professional surgeon. The office staff is professional and responsive. I would recommend Dr. Casso and his amazing staff.

Dr Barlow is very professional with excellent bedside manner. His staff all go over and beyond expectations. Everyone in this office is very kind and knowledgeable. Post surgery the staff came by with a care package to check in on me. Dr Barlow provides his cell phone number for after hour calls. I had an implant removal and capsulectomy. I am healing wonderfully.

Dr. Sithel Patel is an extraordinary physician that I can't recommend more highly. He is exceptionally kind and patient and you can tell very quickly how intelligent and thorough he is. i consulted him when my daughter was only a month old and we realized that the cartilage of her ears was deformed. Dr. Patel walked my husband I through all of our options. We ultimately decided to wait and see if the cartilage would straighten out but he put us at ease immediately. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back to him as a cosmetic surgeon as well. Once again, he patiently explained all of the options for my skin including the procedures that I was a good candidate for. Unlike other plastic surgeons that I have seen, he didn't push products or procedures. He clearly has a lot of respect for his patients and their desires and seems to truly want the best for them. I have recommended him to all of my friends and neighbors as I know how rare it is to come across a doctor that is as warm as he is. He has made himself incredible available to answer questions and has followed up on his own. I feel that my entire family is in good hands with Dr. Patel.

Dr. Lapuerta and his staff give excellent patient care. I am so very please with the results of my abdominal revision/ belt lipectomy. My husband is also very happy with the results. This procedure has done a lot for my self esteem. I felt I was in good hands and he was a phone call away if I had a question. They have been with me every step of the way. I really appreciate the great care and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I was refered to Dr. F by my cousin, whom was really satisfied with her breast aug. So I decided to have a consultation my self! It took me an year to finally decide to get my breast aug! Jeanette followed up with me that whole year, a good, not pushy follow up. I had my aug done March 16, 2017. I decided to wait the 6 months post surgery to give a review. Dr. F and the staff are amazing! Any questions they were quick to respond! Always so helpful with any concerns I had ! From day 1 post surgery till today (my 6 month post op visit) Dr. F answered all my questions! He truly cares about how you feel! And isn't satisfied till you are! I loveeee my boobs! I recently had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Athre and I couldn't be happier! He and his staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Not only was the experience great, but the results are absolutely PERFECT. My nose looks amazing!

Probably the worst customer service experience ever! They never answer their phone and, as of recently, the number is no good anymore. I purchased a Groupon and it took me forever to get a consultantation, which I got. They asked me to give them the voucher number for the Groupon so that it could be redeemed in the following week. Well, the voucher was never redeemed. I called back about getting the voucher redeemed, but it was never done even though they said they would take care of it. Finally, I set an appointment for a Saturday that I had made over the phone (when someone finally decided to answer). Tell me why I get to the clinic on the date and time of my appointment and they're closed?! No one there and no one answering the phone! It rang and rang. Nothing. Well deserved negative rating from me.

Needed to have one eyelid lifted due to multiple surgeries on that eye. Dr. Ahuero did an excellent job of raising my lid to match the other and I'm very thankful I had it done.
