I saw a deal on Groupon for " one syringe of Juvederm Vobella XC-Beau Visage Aesthetic Center for $299.99", which I purchased on 9-4-17. I redeemed it on 12-4-17. I met with Micah Jones, who was the aesthetician. She told me the Groupon I purchased was for the lips, was light, and would not last long. She suggested I pay twice the price for a stronger Juvederm which would last longer. This is a "bait and switch" scheme which is unethical . I have reported this to Groupon, and want to warn future clients so they are not taken advantage of. Other Groupon clients I have used in the past do NOT do this type of "bait and switch".

We are so thankful for Dr. Kelley and Dr. George and their team. My son was diagnosed with an extremely rare tumor in his carotid artery. After searching for a surgeon with many dead ends; Dr. Kelley, Dr. George and their team were willing to help. They carefully planned every detail over several months and came up with a plan that was successful! They always remained positive, supportive, and their immense care and concern for my son was incredible! Our family will always be thankful for the gift they gave us... a healthy son!

I met with 3 doctors in the Austin area in May 2009, and I decided that even though Dr. T was the most expensive I felt most comfortable with him. My procedure included breast implants, and lipo on my hips, tummy, and flanks. The recovery was good, and I wasn't in any pain, a little sore, but nothing crazy. July 2010 will be the 1 yr anniversary of my surgery and I'm extremely happy with my lipo and my breast augementation. I have recommended Dr. T to friends and I myself am planning to go back for more lipo on my thighs and arms.

Even though in 2 days, I will only be 4 weeks post-op, I wanted to go ahead and write a review on Dr. Apostolakis and his staff. They have been so completely friendly, caring and have answered all of my questions with great patience, while still being professional. I did a lot of research and made a couple of consultation appointments before deciding to go with Dr. A. I went with Dr. A because he was very well educated and studied under and did his residency with highly ranked and world renowned doctors and places. One HUGE reason is that Dr. A specializes in and does nothing but head and neck surgery and that was really important to me that it is his specialty! Another reason is that at one of the other consultations I had gone to before going to Dr. A, the doc told me I needed a brow lift in addition to the blepharoplasty and lower facelift I planned to have done. Then I met with Dr. A and didn't mention what the other doc had recommended but I mentioned I might need one, but when Dr. A examined me he told me that I did not need one and explained why, so I believe he truly only recommends what you truly could use or need, and doesn't just throw everything out at you in the hopes of making more money. I must mention that on the morning of my scheduled surgery, the building's sprinkler system had kicked on and flooded the building. I missed the calls that the staff had made to try to reach me to tell me about the flooding so when I showed up, there were fire trucks and firemen everywhere and they told me the building was shut down! The staff was outside and they were so apologetic about the fact that they would have to reschedule. They could tell I was so very disappointed because not only was I ready to get it done, I had gone to a lot of effort to schedule rides and make arrangements with work and caretakers for after the surgery. So that same day, right around lunch, they called me and said that they could do the surgery after all as the suite was in the back of the building and they were able to use it. So, they went the extra mile to get my surgery done and when I thanked Dr. A that day, he told me that he knew that people put their lives on hold to get these things done and that it was important to me so he really tried to make it happen, and he did! I was so appreciative! He did an amazing job on me and you have to look hard to see where he did the incisions on my eyelids and again, only 4 weeks out and it's been that way for a good while. I'm still healing from the lower facelift as expected and was told that it is a process and you truly do have to be patient for everything to settle in but, if you are going to seek a plastic surgeon to have anything done from the neck up, this is your guy. His reviews from many sources were really high and I believe that he is the man to see for facial plastic surgery because of all of the great reviews, his education, and my gut impression from our consultation. Plus, I had gotten the impression from all of my research, going to the consultation, and also speaking with his staff, that he absolutely strives for NOT leaving you with a "done" look but instead, looking like you are refreshed and younger. I can't make a review without including his staff. They have been fabulous; friendly and caring but still professional. Another thing I noted was that that Dr. A and his staff took me through the entire process of what to expect and even took me through the surgery center where they would perform the surgery. They also provide you with everything you need in a kit and explain everything. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Dr. A because after consulting with other doctors and then meeting with him and interacting with his staff, I could just tell he was the right doc for me. I purchased a groupon for 6 underarm laser hair removal sessions. The staff is very friendly and see me promptly at my appointment time. The receptionist is always prepared with my file beforehand so there is absolutely no wait. My sessions are quick, but the esthetician is always very thorough. They know what they are doing and I am seeing great results so far. They send you appointment reminder emails - SUPER HELPFUL! Without the groupon, the sessions would be too expensive as there are much cheaper laser hair removal clinics out there. They also don't have a YAG laser (the one for people with dark skin and dark hair). I am in between skin shades so this laser is alright, but I have read wonderful things about the YAG for people with darker skin tones. I wish they had both.

I had a Breast Augmentation done at the age of 56 a week ago today . I can't even tell you how happy I am with the surgery. My breast came out perfect . Dr Wilder is awesome and his right arm girl Tricia, she is amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr Wilder for any breast surgeries. Dr Wilder and Tricia took the time to talk to me about what size I wanted, even I wasn't sure at the time. But they nailed it perfectly. I'm just so pleased of the out come . Bring on next summer. Love you guys . Thank you so much again for giving me the body I've always wanted for years .

Would defineitly reccomend! I get very anxious in medical settings, but they always accommodate for me. Surgery went very well, and couldn’t be happier with the results!

I needed symmetry in my lips and a little fullness on the top. Lauren really listened to my "overdone" lip fears and gave me the exact results I wanted! I HATE needles but her technique and even relaxing voice made it painless.

I had seen another surgeon after I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2015. After electing to have a DIEP reconstruction and additional revision, I was referred to Dr. Weinfeld. I came to him in Oct 2016 with what I would consider, a very deformed set of breasts. First, Dr. Weinfeld's bedside manner was impeccable. I felt comfortable immediately and what impressed me the most was he asked me what was important to ME. He saw exactly my same worries and concerns and explained how he believed he could achieve the desired results. With only 1 of the 3 surgeries performed at this time, I can not even begin to describe to you the LEAPS AND BOUNDS of results I have already seen. As I prepare for my next surgery, I'm excited!!! I highly recommend Dr. Weinfeld. He's an angel and he cares about ME and how I feel about the way I look. Thank you Dr. Weinfeld and staff. You couldn't possibly imagine how much better I'm feeling about myself because of YOU!

Dr. Turner made my breast reduction feel like a spa get-a-way. This was my only surgery and he made me feel so at ease leaving me with no questions about choosing him for this procedure. I highly recommend him!

After my initial meeting on Dec 8, 2017 with Dr. Whitfield, I knew he was the right surgeon to remove my 25 yr old silicon implants. He was well versed on the importance of proper Implant Removal / Capsulectomy. At the time I knew one was ruptured and during surgery he discovered they were both ruptured, which made the surgery more complex because there was a lot of toxic matter that had to be scrapped from my breast. I also had many concerns about the surgery because I take blood thinner. He patiently answered all of my questions and also contacted my hematologist. Dr. Whitfield also took into consideration that I was eager to have my implants removed ASAP. During my consultation he personally made a phone call to the surgical center and rearranged his schedule to make it possible for me to have surgery Dec 29, 2017, a day that worked best for me. Dr. Whitfield and I discussed giving the implants back to me after surgery, which was very important to me. He made sure to inform the surgical staff of my special request as it is not protocol to give implants back to patients. I almost forgot them because there was so much going on during the discharge. After the surgery Dr. Whitfield made a point to call me everyday over the holiday weekend including New Year's Day, which I thought was going above and beyond. During the whole process not once did I feel that I made the wrong choice and I am very pleased that I took the referral from another patient of his. Dr Whitfield is a very kind and considerate person. He genuinely cares about the best outcome for his patients. Thank you Dr. Whitfield and his team. Happy New Year 2018!!

When it came time to make decisions regarding my breast reconstruction options, I made appointments with multiple Austin plastic surgeons. I figured I'd connect with one of them, and I'd know the one who was perfect for me. The last surgeon I saw was none other than Dr. Potter. Immediately, I was struck by her friendliness. I was freaked out already, so her easy manner was calming and reassuring. We clicked, and I knew that I was in good hands. We talked a while, she offered some information and ideas, and she didn't pressure me into anything. I left her office feeling good about my breast reconstruction options and I called to schedule the next step with her. I can't say enough about her. She is an artist. A genius in the OR. A professional in every sense of the word. My husband couldn't be with me during my first reconstruction procedure, and he really felt bad about it, but I told him not to worry. "I've got this," I said. "I don't need you waiting in the lobby if I've got Dr. Potter in the OR with me." For the first time EVER, I did not have "worse case scenario" thoughts or a dark cloud hanging over me before a breast cancer surgery. Many of my friends in the cancer community have seen her also, and everyone I know raves about her - because she simply is the best. She was the silver lining of my cancer experience, and because I respect her so much, I now do much of the writing for her practice. If there's anything that ever needs "fixing" again, she's definitely my choice.
