My daughter had rhinoplasty done November 2017 and he did an amazing job. Not only that but he explains everything in detail and cares...no question unanswered and office follows up several times to check up on you at home. Procedure went flawless..he even came to me personally in waiting room to tell me my daughter was ok and everything went perfect. Something a very nervous mom needs! No other dr in that out patient surgery center did that to anyone else. The results two months later just keep getting better bc it takes time to see true results. Couldn’t be happier and HIGHLY recommend if your looking for this type of procedure. Oh, and he’s easy on the eyes too, which helps, lol.

I have known Dr. Hargrave for 15 + years. I first met him when I was 5 years old, in Albany Medical Center on a hospital bed as I was being prepped for surgery after an akita attacked me at a family party. My upper lip was completely torn into 2 sections, and my nose was bit completely in half. I also had teeth marks on my right cheek. Upon arriving at the hospital, the emergency room doctors told my parents I would likely need a prosthetic nose. However, Dr. Hargrave is a MIRACLE WORKER! Dr. Hargrave performed 4 facial reconstructive surgeries on me throughout my childhood, and the damage done by the akita is practically invisible. He is a remarkable surgeon. He is very genuine, and very honest. He is also incredibly smart, and informative. The thing I love most about Dr. Hargrave is that he really loves what he does and will never do anything he doesn't believe in, and he never gives false expectations. I would recommend him to anyone :-) If you are going to the Plastic Surgery Group-request Dr. Hargrave! You will not regret it.

I highly recommend Dr. Kayastha. I was referred to him by my dermatologist and I was very happy to have gone to see him. I was diagnosed with Melanoma on my scalp. Dr. Kayastha was able to successfully remove the area of skin that was affected and I am now cancer free. He also performed a skin graft and I am healing up nicely. Thank you so much! Beyond his expertise in the field, I also highly recommend him and his staff from the stand point of a patient who is facing a serious procedure. Dr. K was able to explain what was happening, what to expect and made both my wife and myself comfortable with what was happening. Also, he was very quick to return calls while I was recovering following surgery, including a call at 6 am on a Saturday. His staff is very welcoming and always remembers me and are very responsive to telephone inquiries. Thank you all for your top service!

I am so disappointed. I just called this office to see if they could help my little girl. She has 3 decent sized warts around her mouth. She is very self conscious of them. Her doc does not want to take them off because he is afraid he will scare her. I called and asked the receptionist if they could help. She asked what insurance I had, and I told her. She said they don't take insurance anyway and the office visit will be $100. I said that was fine. She than proceeded to tell me that there would be anesthesia involved and it would be a hospital visit and would be out of pocket. It's like she was saying everything she could to discourage me from making an appointment with the practice. I probably wouldn't be able to afford all of that so I hang up the phone with her. As I am ready to close down the website I notice that they can set up payment arrangements. She certainly didn't tell me about that. I must say, I am rather disappointed by the way I was treated.

I have seen the Dr. For numerous surgerys involving skin cancer basil cell. And I will say that they all were Purdy invasive surgeries and the results I have been receiving or great. Dr. Herrara is very great surgon and I could not have ask for more and am so blessed I did not need to go done the road to Frederick or Baltimore for my work.

I had my first appointment with specialist Erica Robinson and I couldn't be happier! Not only was the procedure very fast with little pain, but Erica's personality and politeness really made this experience great. She introduced herself to me in a very professional but also very personable manor. At first, I was extremely nervous but her light-heartedness immediately negated that! I am so happy I chose Chao and will be recommended them (and also Erica!) to everyone that I know.
