Dr. Kim is a very caring doctor who takes great care of his patients. He listens to your concerns and corrects them to perfection. He is very understanding and CARING. If you have Dr. Kim as your doctor, you are in great hands. His staff is very friendly and professional. Highly Recommend !!!!

Donna Erb is amazing! From laser treatments to skin care recommendations, Donna gets results for her patients. People constantly remark how great my skin looks and are surprised when I tell them my age - 66 and counting! I encourage everyone to schedule a consult with Donna.

I had an amazing experience. Dr. Sanders took his time explaining every detail and all the risks and possible side effects. He even answered my mom's questions. I had developed a seroma, not from anything he did i just have that luck, and he reminded me that it happens to like 30% of people who have had the same procedure. On memorial day the seroma started to leak and i freaked out. I called his answering service and he call me back within minutes. He left his house to meet me at his office. He was amazing. Taking his time to go over everything i will need to do. I never had a doctor explain something like that. He even called me at home to make sure i was ok and had me in his office almost every other day. I would definitely suggest him to anyone. He's great.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I had laserlipo done and I could not be more sorry. I expressed my concerns about "droopy skin" after the procedure. I was assured that the "laser" would keep that from happening. Not even close. My skin is now almost like dough and leaves imprints from all of my clothes. Heartbroken. I truly hope my review saves someone else from wasting their money on empty promises. Update: I heard from the Practice Manager almost immediately after posting review. Went back to office, was offered an additional procedure to address my concerns. Was told that procedure was at a significant discount, but was still a few thousand MORE dollars. On the fence as to whether or not I will pursue. I do intend to seek a 2nd opinion.

Dr. Pontell is a true artist! I cannot rave enough about his skill as a surgeon and also how caring he is as a person. I went to see him years ago for injections and spoke briefly about having a traditional facelift done. Fast forward more than a few years I found myself sitting in front of Dr. Pontell for injections. We again discussed a facelift. I wouldn't wear mascara/makeup, low cut shirts, or jewelry because I was so self-conscious about my heavy neck and sagging face due to it that I didn't want to draw any attention to myself. In all honesty, I didn't interview him extensively but I went on my instinct alone. He has completely changed my life and I couldn't thank him enough! His skill surpasses what I thought the results would yield. His work is next to flawless with incisions that are neat and clean and he keeps a close eye on (it) with continuous followups. Dr. Pontell's staff, Kat and Cathy, are just as warm and wonderful. They are easy to talk to and before surgery they help to ease any fears. Highly recommended and if I could give 100 stars I would.

I feel so lucky that I found this place. Friendly, professional people, probably the most beautiful office I've been to. They made me feel like I was their most important patient. The doctor is very low key and took the time to answer all of my questions. Jessica was so pleasant and professional. The person who booked me, Gena, was extremely patient and gave me valuable information about what to expect and even followed up with me many times after my procedure about different things and gave me beauty tips. I can't recommend this place highly enough and my friends and sister are also going there for the same treatments I receive, and they're very happy. They gave me an excellent referral for another doctor as well for my mom's issues.

I have known and worked with Dr. Bottger since 1981. I can honestly say that he is a perfectionist - exactly the kind of doctor I would want if I was considering cosmetic surgery. He is detail oriented in everything that he does and an excellent surgeon judging by the results shown in the before and after gallery on his website.
