I found Dr. Alexander through a referral from my dermatologist. She said she has seen many examples of his excellent work, all looking very natural. Not only is he a perfectionist and an absolute artist, his bedside manner and staff could not have been more comforting and professional. I had a upper and lower blepharoplasty. My eyes have healed beautifully and his follow-up and responsiveness is extraordinary. He offers a comprehensive consultation and after are. He is extremely conservative in his approach. In this entire year no one has ever asked me if I had work done, they just say I look like I've had a long restful vacation and look very refreshed, what did I do? At 56 years old that is quite the compliment. Went back to him for a Phenol peel and again, an extraordinarily wonderful and professional experience. Perfect place to go to rejuvenate and refresh your self. Highly recommend Dr. Alexander.

Very professional and kind. Trish is an amazing woman and helped make the experience memorable. Also there to make sure you feel comfortable and that your needs are met. She's full of genuine love and laughter. I went and had the surgery after my friend had recommended them. And then two years later I went back again with my dear friend whom I recommended it to. Dr Manuel Guitierrez Romero and his staff are true professionals. The Doctor takes the time to sit down, look you in the eye, and explain everything to you. He answers all questions in a very sincere manner, and will stop and sit on the side of your bed and address any anxiety you may have. He has other doctors on duty, who evaluate your health to make sure you're healthy before surgery. His nurses are kind, gentle, and compassionate. The office and operating room, as well as the recovery room are spotless and sanitary. I would recommend this doctor to anyone thinking of going to Mexico for plastic surgery.

I took my daughter to Dr Calcasieu 3 yrs ago for a rhinoplasty. I was she was so happy when the bandages came off she cried. I was I would highly recommend this excellent surgeon.
