Absolutely worst experience I could have ever had. Extremely unprofessional. Completely disorganised administration staff. Had a BA done. The right side encapsulated within a month; had to have a revision done. Complete lack of empathy from all staff. Never sent through any of the medicare paperwork they claimed they would. Note, if they feed you that rubbish - do not listen! Used the cheapest tape possible after surgery on fresh scars. Took off overseas for a holiday right after my surgery, no one was contactable. Thankfully, my GP had experience in cosmetic surgery as my suture line busted open. This is how I discovered they were using cheap tape. Don't know why, their services were overpriced. My GP's treatment prevented permanent scarring. I then had the Montserrat Day Hospital chasing me for an extra $1,800 that the CPSC told them I would pay. Never communicated that to me. However, when I tried to communicate with them, they all of a sudden forgot how to operate their phones. Never followed up within a year to see how mine settled. Have not heard from them since, but for their attempts to sell me their services. Really.

Its good to know who are actually qualified to perform cosmetic surgery

I had surgery in November 2017 and I couldn't be happier with my surgery, recovery and results. I was initially booked with another surgeon to perform my breast reduction but after hearing so many women share their experiences about the skills and results from Dr Craig Rubinstein, I went a head and made an appointment. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. The staff, nurses and surgeons were very friendly and attended to my every need and concerns. GO AHEAD and make that appointment it will be life changing.

I had a bilateral mastopexy with Dr Craig Rubinstein & his team on March 8th 2017. What started as me attending Cosmetic Surgery For Women's (CSFW) info night in January, turned into a consultation 5 days later & then surgery. Let's start with Craig, he is so informative during the consultation. He let me know what options I had (which included no surgery, imagine that a surgeon telling you that you don't have to do anything), the pros & cons of each option & the outcome expected from each. Then I saw Kate (a Nurse on Craig's team), she showed me photos of previous patients, checked if I had any questions & gave me the cost. I then contacted Kate a few days later as of course that's when I remembered questions, which she answered. I booked the surgery in (5 weeks in advance) to be carried out at St Vincent's Private. My surgery pack was mailed out for me to complete which was easy. Fast forward to a few days before surgery. Kate called to let me know when to fast from & ask if I had any questions. Then the surgery date was here. I checked into St Vincent's, I was taken through to get ready for surgery. Craig's team, along with the team at St Vincent's can not be faulted. Then Paul the anesthetist came through & explained what he would be doing along with some possible side effects. Then Craig came in measured, marked, measured again & marked again until he was 100% happy with where the incisions would be. I was rolled into theater, given the anesthetic & next thing I knew I was in recovery. Craig & Paul both came to check on me before I was moved to my private room. I was incredibly lucky to not be in much pain at all after my surgery. The nursing team at St Vincent's were so attentive & caring. Craig also came around before he left for the day to check on everything. I was discharged the next day after seeing someone from CSFW & being given my Rapid Recovery box to go home with. I was then called the next day by CSFW to see how I was going & ten a few days later called by St Vincent's to check I was doing well. I had my 1 week follow up with Kate & Craig to remove my dressings. Both said I am looking great. I am so happy with the result so far & cant wait to see in a few months when everything has settled. I can't thank Craig, his team & the extended team from CSFW for all their help & support on this journey.
