Very poor patient experience. Would not recommend. Office staff is rude and manipulative. Have heard others having same experience.

Dr. Herman has the best bedside manners that I have ever experienced from a physician. He is patient and knowlegable able his craft. I am a current patient continuing to go through my healing process but very happy and content with what he has done for my body so far. I look forward to my next procedure with this physician who also went over and beyond, actually came in on his day off to do my procedure. Dr. Herman was concerned with safety and quality, which were both big on my list. Highly recommended. Thanks

J'ai utilisé bonjour santé pour une consultation, j'ai eu un RDV très rapidement, je me suis rendu (stationnement gratuit juste en avant) je me suis inscrit et je n'ai même pas eu le temps de m'asseoir que la docteure Rolla Hraibeh m'appelait en deux minutes elle a trouver ce que j'avais et prescrit les médicaments que j'avais besoins. Service impeccable. Merci beaucoup.

AMAZING...BEST IN CLASS.... I was referred to Dr. Michael Will for a procedure I was unsure about. I had been to different doctors but always felt uncomofortable. Dr. Will's staff from the receptionist to the nurses and of course Doc himself were amazing! I was treated with "White Glove-VIP" service and truly taken care of. The surgery went great. Beyond the fantastic surgery, Dr. Will actually drove to my house to check on me and my wife, make sure i was compeltley satisfied! The post-operation care was just as good if not better. I went to Dr. Cappuccino for a breast reduction, lift and augmentation! I could not be happier with not only my experience but my results as well! Dr.C and his staff were beyond amazing. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was asking Dr. C to work a lot of magic when it came to my surgery and the one thing I loved was that he upfront and honest about what I could expect. He took photos and sent them off to be photoshoped to give me an idea of what my end result might look like. I was able to make changes to the photo so that both Dr. C and I were on the same page as to what I was hoping for. This was a great service that other Doctors I saw didn't offer. My surgery went very smoothly and for the most part so did my recovery. I am a mother of 4 boys and I also own my own company so down was not something I was going to have a lot of. I pushed myself a little to hard and popped a stitch Dr. C had given me the office cell phone to call or text in case of an emergency. So since it was a Sunday at 8pm I sent a text and got a reply within mins. I sent photos and Dr. C told me what to do to take care of the problem until my next appointment as it was nothing major. That following Sat. I was at work and popped a few more stitches and became very concerned. I texted the number and once again Dr.C replied within min. He was literally boarding a plain and still called me! Talk about above and beyond. He told me he was going to have Jen give me a call and she would walk me through what to do until I could get into the office on Monday. Jen is a very busy mother herself and called me within a min of hanging up the phone with Dr.C. She walked me through what I needed to do and answered all me questions. She then gave me her personal cell number in case I need anything else. She even took the time to text me that night to check up on me. I can not say enough about the quality of care and customer service that I received. In the end Dr.C was able to stitch up the couple stitches that I had popped and I was back on my way. It has been 4 months since my surgery and I could not be happier with my results! I have since been back to see Shelly and had coolsculpting done as well. Shelly is an absolute doll and once again I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received. I would highly recommend Dr.C as this was by far one of the best things I could have ever done for myself and Dr.C & Staff just took it to the next level!

Had a breast augmentation using silicone-gel implants. Over a month post-op now and happy with the results so far! He did exactly what I asked for. His staff is super nice and helpful! He gets right to the point, which is what I like. And his prices are responsible!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Lichten and his staff. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, and I truly believe that Dr. Lichten and his staff care about their patients. They always went out of their way to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Lichten and his staff to anyone who is considering the many areas of treatment that he offers.

I went to Dr. Lichten for breast augmentation in March 2011. I must say 3 months post op I am more than pleased with my results. I was referred by a close friend whom had a reduction and was very pleased with her own results as well. He was very informative and friendly. He arrived on time and surgery went better than expected. I would like to add that a week or so after surgery on a Sunday I had a concern of swelling and upon paging him he called me back within 30 mins to reassure me of my concerns... Thank You Dr. Licthen I would TOTALLY do it again =)
