Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

I lost 100Lbs naturally which took me about a year of hard work and dedication. Inevitably I was left with excess skin on my chest and lower abdomen. I went to Dr. Lipson to have the procedures done (tummy tuck & breast lift). Its now been 6 months since I had the procedure and I'm satisfied but not thrilled with the results. I do workout every other day (lift and cardio) so im sure that is aiding in the resculpting of my body. I am also using New Gel scar tape which is doing a pretty nice job of removing the intense scars. There is still some residual swelling which is to be expected and my skin hasn't completely formed to its new shape but as the months pass its coming along okay. On the down side.. he did not install drains during the surgery which lead to me developing a hematoma. I then had to go in for a second surgery so he could clean everything out and install the drains like he should have initially. He was late to the second surgery but my internal bleeding was too severe so I had to be rushed to the hospital to be operated on immediately. Overall.. my experience with Dr. Lipson wasn't the greatest. I would not suggest going to him for any serious reconstructive surgery.

Worst experience ever. The doctor is nice, but I don't feel that he put any effort into my case. I've been working with MJ on my case for over 2 months. First thing first, I sent my medical documents to her via fax and was told that if she didn't receive it i would be contacted. I never got contacted so I assumed she got it. Six weeks later I decided to follow up with her; she claimed she didn't get the fax. Second thing, I faxed her the documents the next day after I called, and I followed up with her this time to make sure she got it. About two weeks later I received a letter form my insurance asking me to submit my medical documents. I called MJ about 3 times and left several numbers where to reach me and didn't get a call back. About a week later I called again and spoke to the receptionist who was courteous enough to give her my message. She called me back and stated my mail box was full even though I left VM with different # and my email is on file. She told me that I need to take more pictures, I went the next morning and took pictures with Dr.Salpi. I've been calling and leaving messages ever since to follow up and make sure the pictures get submitted and still haven't received a call back. Last week I got a letter in the mail saying my case was denied because NO PICTURES were submitted ( i took pictures at my consultation, and went back and took pictures with Dr. Salpi) and some other info that the doctor was supposed to send them. I wanted to appeal my case but since I cant talk to a living person, and no one return calls I guess I'll go somewhere else where customers are appreciated. You guys are unbelievable! Thanks for wasting my time.

I thought my consultation went very well. The whole staff was kind and informative. Dr.Pollard was very patient and took her time with me to find out my desired results.

My girlfriend and I had a lipo and brazilian butt lift with Dr DiMario. It was a worth it. I was going to go to DR but with all the crazy stories we were hearing i didn't dare go. I'm glad we went with body arts. We traveled from Maryland and stayed at the hotel down the block. The nurse even went to go check up on us and the attention we got was more than what we expected. Dr Dimario and Janet were wonderful. They are so nice and I saw they were like that with everyone not just us. The place gets crowded but worth it. I met the other doctors as well because I'm coming back at the end of the year to get my boobs done.

I cannot praise Dr. Holzman or his staff enough! My 2 year old was bitten in the face by a dog and Dr. Holzman was his plastic surgeon. He not only has amazing bedside manner, but is the best at what he does. He took care of my son like he was his own. My son, being 2, ended up splitting his lip reopen while playing. I called the answering service and he called back immediately. My son had to undergo another surgery that evening to repair it. Dr. Holzman came in on a Saturday and took care of everything. He even had the OR booked before we even got back to the ER. His staff has always returned my phone calls and had any questions answered for me in a very timely manner. I'm extremely thankful for him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Holzman and his staff to everyone.

I have not been to see Dr Swartz recently.. However I must say thank you for all Past visits.. If all medical offices were as kind and sensitive to the patients needs and even concerns all the patience in the world every question was answered without being or feeling rushed. Procedures were successful and in many ways Changed my lack of self confidence.

I’d thought about having breast augmentation surgery for many years. I knew someone who had been to Dr. Genter for a small procedure years before, so I had his business card. Eventually I called Dr. Genter’s office to get some information about the procedure. I spoke with a member of his staff, a very sweet lady who’d already had the procedure done. She answered all of my questions. She gave me a great impression, so I thought that when I was ready I would call again. A few years later I did call again. When I went for the consultation, the staff was very kind and Dr. Genter made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel pushed into anything and I was given very important information about the benefits and possible risks that go along with procedure. This allowed me to make an informed decision. Finally, at age 35, I decided it was time. To be honest, it was one of the scariest decisions I’d ever made, but when I finally made it, I felt at peace. I have been very happy with the decision and with the results. Dr. Genter gave me beautiful breasts. The confidence that came with them has been amazing. The worst part of the whole procedure was the swelling immediately after, and the sore back, but those issues only lasted for a few days. I remember that Dr. Genter even sent me flowers a few days later, which really brightened my recovery week! Signed, Very Happy Customer

Dr. Phillip Chang agreed to provide treatment for a young woman named Ms. Chen Xue, age 27, after reviewing photographs of a terrible wound she suffered to her arm two years ago in September 2015. Her emergency medical needs were treated by a Chinese doctor at a hospital in Xinyi City in the Guangdong Province in China. Although that doctor did what he could to repair the damage to her arm, he did not have the training or ability of a highly-skilled surgeon like Dr. Chang, and left an unsightly scar along her arm. After monitoring the healing of Ms. Chen’s wound for a period of two years, Dr. Chang agreed to perform reconstructive cosmetic surgery on her arm in his offices in the US to remove as much of the scar tissue as possible and provide a less noticeable and faint scar so she would not continue to be embarrassed by the original scar left from her tragic wound. Ms. Chen arrived in the US during mid-September 2017 and had surgery a week later. Dr. Chang monitored the progress of healing of Ms. Chen’s arm weekly after the surgery and mentioned that she was doing a good job caring for her arm and that it was healing nicely. She was very pleased by the outcome of her surgery and the treatment provided by Dr. Chang. Two other medical professionals who examined her arm after the surgery commented that Dr. Chang’s work was excellent and that Ms. Chen would have only a faint scar after her arm healed fully. Ms. Chen recently returned to China to be reunited with members of her family. Dr. Chang’s support will make a huge difference in the life of this young woman. The world would be a far better place if more professionals existed like Dr. Phillip Chang.
