I set up an appointment over a month ago to meet with a counsellor. 48 hours before my appointment, I got a phone call telling me that the counsellor had resigned. The lady that called me told me she would find another counsellor for me. She promised to call me back- no one ever called me back. I am so disappointed, I waited a long time for this appointment- now I am back to trying to find anothr counsellor.

The gentleman operating this service, was the most helpful Social Worker I have met. I had problems with a damaged iPhone, and thought I had lost valuable photos. Instead of counselling, he took my damaged iPhone into his office, and restored 195 photos that I thought were gone for good. And he did not charge me a dime!
