John is a magician who doesn't use tricks but facts. This is how good he is. Without giving too much of my personal life, I can say that he played a large role in pivoting the direction of my life by discovering my hidden condition that even I had no idea about having it since childhood. I very highly recommend him.

I first found Therapy Heals mid 2000's I think, came back after a few years and was connected with Frances. I am grateful for her counselling from 2012-2017 as she had created a safe space for me to work through my bouts of depression and anxiety. Initially sought out treatment for overeating and came to realize that was only a symptom of a much bigger issue and I could not have done that without the support and guidance of Frances. We looked at issues on the micro and macro scale, and was given exercises to help me pinpoint what I was struggling with most and how to work through it. While I am not in full time counselling now, I am glad that I will be able to check in with Frances to keep myself on track. It has been an enlightening experience and I am forever grateful for having found Frances to support me during my time of suffering.

The best counseling I have ever gotten. Kerrin is not like others because she doesn't make you feel rushed or forced to participate or leave. I honestly don't feel like I'm wasting my time or money because she knows how to build the trust I need to open up. I 100% recommend her to those looking for guidance.

After waiting 2 months to be seen by somebody. They finally let me in through the double locked doors after I paid, of course. The coubcikco was nice, introduced herself, and told me what I would call "the works" in terms of paperwork and signatures. I told them on the phone what I needed and they told me they would call me back with a date within 2-3 months!!! They called me back sooner than expected and gave me a date. After i met her and her givin me the speech she said she cannot help me because they do not deal with the issue that I was looking for help with! After 40minutes, she told me that it's not right and they should've caught it on the intake and she would speak with the manager. she also said I shouldn't have to pay for the session. Two weeks went by before I got a phone call and she had spoken with the manager who refused to refund me. I was in need of desperate help at the time when I called them. they kept me waiting. I was told there would be no refund. Period. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABIUT YOU!
