Rebecca, you are amazing! Thank you so much for helping ease the burden of debt from struggling families! I know at times things can seem out of control for young (and old) couples as they manage the day-to-day trials of living in tough economic times. But your patience and understanding always puts everyone at ease. You've helped many of my friends (and clients) navigate the murky waters of financial difficulty, outlined their options and set them on the path to peace of mind! I am so grateful to you and your staff for everything! You're the best!!!!

First I want to say I'm not an aggressive abusive man, and I have never started a fight or ever hit a woman, NEVER. I was required to attend this 12 week course. I was directed to contact Leslie for an intake appointment. I showed up for the intake appointment at 4:30pm ending at 7:30pm. During my meeting with Leslie I told her that I suffer from high anxiety from childhood trauma and not too sure how well I would do in the class. She assured me that I was not there to be judged. I then noted that the attitude she had was to support women and not men and certainly not me, IMO. I'm very familiar with psychology and when people are psycho analyzing me and after adjusting my seating position a few times because of my back injury she called me out on adjusting my painful back as some sort of psychological cue that I was thinking something negative or not agreeing (I not here to be judged?). I also asked about a reduction in fee as I have "ZERO" income. Leslie told me I had to talk to Luisa about that. I told Luisa that I asked about a reduced fee to Leslie and Luisa's reply was "OK?", which means what? At 5:30pm the class started. I was not instructed to go to class, rather I was lead into further conversation about my court details instead of going to the class that I was required to attend. I believe in a first class there should be some introduction to the course and students should be given some type of instruction on what my responsibilities are to successfully complete the course. During the 12 weeks I missed one class (Surgery) and made up for it. During the 12 weeks I ask in the classroom if we could fail this course and I was told verbatim "NO". I was not the only person who asked this. I also asked about homework and was told by Luisa to hold on to it. On the date of the 11th class I made a verbal note to the class it was my last class which I quickly was corrected and told I still have 1 more class to go. Ok, no problem. I attend this last class and make a verbal note to the class it is now my last class and at the end of the class I was asked what do I have to take away from this course and I replied constructively & positively. As I left the classroom I asked one more time if there was anything else I need to do to complete this course and Luisa said "NO". I then show up for my court date and the judge tells me she has never seen such a terrible report and that this is the worst to date. My "Final Report" stated all lies. Luisa Lied about my fees not being paid - paid as agreed, Luisa lied on the report about what I think, Luisa lied about me attending all the 12 weeks. Luisa lied about me not finishing the homework. After finding out about my Final Report in the court room I went home and immediately contacted Changing Ways on Dec 15th. They did not return communication until the 4th time I had contacted them. That was 56 days later. On January 17th I emailed their office to request email communication only. During the 56 days I let them know that I only wanted to communicate via email to show accountability. Leslie then stated in an email that she tried to call me the day she received the email but no one answered. Thats not possible as I am home all day. Why would she try to call me when I told her communication over the phone is not comfortable for me as I need to show proof of our conversations. She replied to me February 8th she finally responded with "I apologize that we have not yet been able to connect with one another. I have tried contacting you numerous times however each time both phone numbers that we have on record indicated that the person I am trying to reach is unavailable. I would request that you please contact me directly as I would like to discuss any concerns you have. " MORE DELAY AND DRAMA. Completely ignoring my requests. I have since then emailed them 2 or 3 times with no reply. I emailed them to inquire about the system's ways and how to officially reject the final report and fight against that report filled with lies. Check Final Report Pics in my profile!

Jordan Thomas is an incredibly intelligent , patient and understanding woman. She has helped me personally and professionally on many levels and I would highly recommend her services. Not only does she have a wealth of experience and education, she also has a way with people that is hard for every and any counsellor to replicate.
