Adrienne is amazing. She really understands her patients and offers great sounding advice. Have recommended her to everyone I know. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere she is the best in the industry !!

Abe was kind, and has a lot of empathy in individual counselling. I am sure he can be helpful when working with one person. One on one when not in the family therapy context he built trust. However, in this case, he was offering services as a family counsellor who said he was experienced building safety where there is narcissistic or sociopathic abuse compounded by a significant power imbalance. I would not recommend him for women who are experiencing narcissistic abuse in their families. He gets parts of it in theory, but in my case he was inexperienced at holding a safe container or even noticing the ways he fell back into 'connecting' by affirming that I was the problem, rather than seeming to understand the narcissistic abuse happening in front of him. I ended up facing extreme retraumatization and the family dynamics got much worse, not better.

Wanted to give a big “woot woot” to nurse practitioner Sarah. They should be mentioned more often. She makes you feel so comfortable,she is patient and thorough. She empowers you to take care of your health. Staff at front was warm and courteous on arrival. Thankyou everyone
