Had counselling myself a while ago but it sort of fizzled out. After the phone consult I had a good feeling, and after meeting with him I definitely felt a lot more at ease than my past counselling experience. It was very focused on me, what my goals are, and what I can do to play an active role in "reprogramming" my brain. The structure with follow up notes and goal setting was also helpful... I got the "lightbulb moments" I was looking for.
