I had an overly uncomfortable experience with Richard. I should have left after the first 15 minutes but I kept thinking it would get better and he must have something of value to offer me, but he didn’t. He stared at me a lot without saying a damn thing, it was terrible. The worst counselling session I’ve experienced in 15 years of going to see therapists.
