I have only dealt with this branch once and everyone was very accommodating. The gentleman I saw personally was Mike or Mark. I think it was Mike and he really gave the impression that he was there to help. He was sympathetic to my needs and listened with genuine interest. He really seemed to care and wanted to help as much as he could. I am back in contact with mental health again and am waiting for Mike to return my call as I had to leave a message. The men and women at mental health units like this have very very hard jobs which are incredibly stressful. Remember this when you talk to them.
