Beware a therapist named Nancy. She is authoritarian and therefore toxic according to the DSM-5. I have worked for a mental health provider and had Pysch. I also hang out with U of Win Psych students who tell me to avoid the Dieu Crisis Centre AT ALL COSTS. I was gaslit by Nancy, Colleen, and Dike there after complaining about Nancy’s behaviour and complete lack of empathy. When I complained to the patient advocate, I got no response and would not make time to talk with me. Whoever is now the PA is a complete joke and will do NOTHING about your complaints. Dr. Raymond Daly, who was the head of U of Win’s Psych Dept recommended that if I want good health care, to move to London or Toronto. SHAME ON YOU HOTEL DIEU!

They need a much more efficient telephone system and contact information

Once you're in their database, everything is quick and easy. They have many different healthcare options to suit your needs. Therapists, doctors, dieticians, etc. Oldest you can be under their care is 25

Clarissa is an incredible therapist. She genuinely cares about your issues, and is not only willing to listen, but does a great job of analyzing your problems, and tries to get to the heart of the matter, so that you can overcome your issues and live a better, higher quality of life. She also gives recommendations as to what you can do in between appointments to help overcome what it is that you focused on in that session. You have to be willing to put the work into that, but 90% of all therapy occurs outside of the office. She's also available to e-mail outside of office hours for questions and advice if you're her patient, and her responses are also quite quick. I'd recommend her to anyone.
