Great selection of available stone, up front about what they can and can not do. Helpful in meeting our project needs and resonable prices in comparison to other countertop places. Staff is friendly and easy to get ahold of, showroom is neat and well organized as well. Can not comment on installation however, as project is not complete to date.

The work he did for me was very well done and solid. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted this company out of the blue for some assistance on a small job that I needed done. They bent over backwards to help me even though it was a small job and they were not making much money from it. They were quick to respond to questions and were very courteous and professional. I will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to have this type of work done. Richard

Frank has helped me out on many counters over the years for my commercial business. In my mind, he is Mr Counter; his quality is excellent, his scheduling is accurate and he's a super guy to deal with too. Hard to believe the negative reviews, must be another Frank, not the one I know

I can't even begin to explain how fortunate I was to use Solid State Concrete Design for my new dental office in Victor, NY! I wanted a concrete counter top at my front desk area and went out to their showroom to select a color. Justin was so helpful with his attention to detail I was very impressed with his great customer service. There really were numerous shades of gray to choose from and with his help - the one we picked out worked perfectly. The best thing that happened to me while I was there however, was discovering all of the fantastic sinks that they make. These sinks are really more like a conversation piece and THEN a place to wash your hands. I picked a sink out aptly named "the erosion sink", that looks like an empty pond - it is literally my absolute favorite part of my new office! Instead of people talking about how much they don't want a root canal - instead they come out of the bathroom and say "Wow, what a cool sink!". The sink had to be handicapped accessible so they even researched how they could make this happen, made adjustments accordingly and ouila - done! I went out with the faucet I had picked out and Eric made sure it would work ok. I mean these guys really care about the product they make and that you are completely happy with it. They even called me a few weeks after opening to check and make sure I was happy with every thing - who does that anymore??!! Anyways - if you are looking for concrete anything - I truly think you will just love the experience from beginning to end.

Based on the reviews i saw online, i really wanted to give this company a shot at our counter-tops. I sent in a request for an appointment using their Rochester, NY website, It is 14 days later and I still have not received any sort of response, call, or email. We have signed on with another company to do the work. Stay away from this company if you expect great customer service on a kitchen component that is so important and expensive. Update: After posting this review online, this company contacted me. They asked that i give them a chance, but at that point i was already signed with another company to do our countertops. Ben at Premier Surfaces was extremely nice about explaining this mishap, and assured me that this type of 'missed lead' will not happen again with their company.

It was an excellent experience dealing with Dominic and the team at London Granite from the first inquiry to the final handshake on a job well done. Dominic took the time to help us find the perfect granite for our counter tops. We had a specific look we were after and he sent us many photos and ideas over several weeks. He had his work cut out for ding us the exact slabs we wanted lol I made the trip to two of their granite suppliers in Toronto to look at stones Dominic had suggested. The suppliers were also extremely helpful and we found the exact slabs we were after in Everest White. Dominic picked out our bathroom slabs for us based on our requirements and they were exactly what we were looking for. During templating they made several suggestions from adding a bit more overhang on the back side of the island to make it easier to stand at, a tad more overhang to the counter edges, squaring off the corners on the peninsula to extend the seating area to 7 ft, cool profiles, adding additional bracing to the dishwasher panels and some areas that they extra support behind lazy suzans. Any trim that had to come off for the washrooms counters for clearance. Also made suggestions for backsplash colours, sinks, taps etc. All in all they took the time to insure the install went well by doing a thorough evaluation prior to starting the project. We were able to address all the areas and have everything ready on install day so the 4 installers who came to do the work could get right at it. We had a big piece of granite that had to go up stairs so they needed additional folks on site to handle it safely. We bought our Kohler Prolific sink from a different supplier and they installed it for us. We went with Dominic and Bristol for the 3 vessel sinks and one other undermount as well as the taps, soap dispenser and pop ups. We were very impressed with the quality of the Bristol products. They look and perform excellent. One of the best things about the entire process was how comfortable they made us feel start to finish. We knew we had made the right choice going with London Granite. They are very passionate about their trade and it shows. We did have an issue that needed quick attention and they went above and beyond to help us out on the holiday weekend. They were here at our home, 40 minutes from their shop on a holiday in under 2 hours. Now that is excellent service. We are looking forward to working with Dominic and the folks at London Granite on our next home.

Cannot express how happy my wife and i were to pick out our slabs here. All employees that we interacted with were EXTREMELY nice. They offered advice, and were willing to move any slabs we wanted. When we finally picked a type, the crane operator (i forgot his name), was more than happy to show us all of the slabs so that we could pick out which ones we wanted. We happen to have our 9 month old daughter with us, and everyone was extremely nice to her. This really was a great experience for us and we were happy that our countertop installers recommended stone mart.
