We recently purchased a custom bathroom vanity and a concrete style countertop from concepts in concrete. We wanted the vanity top to pair with a beautiful slate tile in our shower and around our soaking tub. The shower unit is somewhat rustic, some have said castle-like, and we wanted the top to match that as well. Our initial interest was in granite however no matter what color stone and edge finish, the granite was too formal for the space and the color choices did not compliment the slate. The team at Concepts walked us through some ideas and we settled on a perfect rough edge wood-look. When it was first presented the sheen was not quite right. After I described in detail the change I wanted it was implemented beautifully and quickly. The vanity, which is really a piece of furniture, was stained just as we wanted it. From a rough sketch, Bret worked with us to give us a unique looking vanity with a nonstandard dimension, that required no fillers or spacers between the vanity and the wall; a spacer piece was required from other sources. We love to bring guests to our new bathroom and show off our vanity. The smooth operating Grohe faucets are a nice touch as well. We are now looking at a bar top and concrete patio furniture from Concepts.

We first tried contacting the larger local countertop companies, and got virtually no response from them. We then started looking for other companies, and this company came up in our search. We contacted them and received a prompt and detailed response back from Romina, that contained all of the details that we were looking for. My wife gave her a call, and spoke to her, and we were off and running. Romina let us know to pick our 2 slabs and recommended some places for the slabs. My wife and I picked them out and we scheduled our countertop measurement. At this time, they were also able to schedule the countertop install. Jon came out, made the template for the counters, and we set up our appointment to do our layout, so we could pick which pieces of the slab figure would be in specific places in our kitchen. Because we had such long stretches, Jon came out with a couple workers to do the install. They were all extremely professional and did a fantastic job installing the countertops. Jon even managed to cut a profile into the end of our countertop so that it would install flush against our pantry cabinet. Throughout the process, my wife and I had many questions, and Romina was there to answer every single one of them. We love our countertops, and have been so happy to work with Jon and Romina. We just finished up a large kitchen remodel, and they were by far the easiest people to work with that we came across during the renovation. I will absolutely go back to them with any countertop or stone work that we are looking to have done. You will not be disappointed with this company!

We have contracted this company three times in the past eleven years to install our countertops. Each time they were a delight to work with! If something isn't to your satisfaction you can rest assured they stand behind their products and craftsmanship of fabrication and installation. We are currently working with them on our fourth project. We are in the midst of new construction and chose this company to select our island and perimeter countertops. In working with Lynnsey and the owner Joe has been an exceptional experience. I must admit this project has had me stymied because I kept changing my mind on the selections. Finally, with Lynnsey's unwaivering patience and cooperation has brought us to resolution. Thank goodness! We are super excited to see time getting closer to the layout of the island Calcatta M marble slab from Italy and the forthcoming installation. Today, Tuesday, August 7, 2018 we had our perimeter Caesarstone quartz countertops installed, and the main bath granite countertop installed today as well. The crew was top notch, polite, professional and craftsman for sure. We even had a visit from one of the owners to see how everything was going. The results are excellent and the finished countertop fabrication and installation couldn't have been improved. A job well done! The next and final segment of this experience will be with the island marble countertop being fabricated and installed within the next few days, as we are waiting for the cabinetry to be installed. Well the project is completed! Flawless install, and sealing of the marble slab! The crew that did this install was lead by a fine young man named John. The other two team members were Josh and Brandon. I had to do a shout out because of the level of attention to detail and customer service by these three young men. Thank you Rocky Mountain Granite and Marble for your patience, cooperation, excellent product fabrication and installation! We are thoroughly pleased!

From start to finish, Greg Marsh and OSD have been terrific to work with. We purchased granite for two fireplaces, a firepit and large patio area, and steps from the house down to the lake. Greg arranged a tour of the facility and then followed up with a great product and timely delivery. We can highly recommend OSD for your Muskoka stone project.
