Champion Stone (Constantine) did an amazing job on our quartz bar top for our basement and bathroom countertop. They are very professional, reliable, friendly and very hardworking! He always returned our calls and answered our questions honestly. They made it so easy for us we didn’t even have to shop around 😊 We had a very challenging job for them and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! This was our first time using Champion Stone and will not be our last! Thank you guys for our beautiful countertops!

Once we decided to get granite, we immediately remembered driving by Surface Encounters many times. My husband and I made plans to do some initial looking around on a Sunday. Once we got there, we were instructed to take a look around and a salesman would be with us shortly. My husband and I walked up and down the isles, and picked out different slabs we liked. We were then greeted by Keith, one of the salesmen. He was extremely friendly, and when I explained what I was looking for, he took us around to show us all the slabs that they had. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was not the typical pushy salesman. We were so satisfied with our experience we did not feel the need to look any further. We picked out what we wanted and Keith drew up the contract. Less than two weeks later the granite was installed in our kitchen. The installers were also very friendly and experienced, and did an amazing job. We will be returning to Surface Encounters when we chose to purchase additional granite for the bathrooms.

This has been by far The worst experience working with any company! Cutting Edge has horrible communication. Navreen, the sales agent was professional when selling the item, once the sale was made and my husband and I invested 5 grand, she became very unprofessional. The lack of communication and effort in serving her customers was what we experienced. Once I contacted Maxwell, a manager for cutting edge, he seemed so concerned. We communicated at least 3 times. He said he was on vacation, and when he returned Monday he would contact me. It’s been 2 weeks and he still hasn’t contacted me. I’m so baffled on the way these employees deal with their customers. Especially ones that have invested a large amount of money. Do not work with cutting edge, the lack of communication and interest will definitely frustrate you!!

My experience with Diamond Granite was amazing. The staff helped me pick out the quartz for our basement bar. I wanted something that looked like poured concrete and John (owner) assured me what I had chosen would be beautiful. Our bar is stunning. The guys that installed were very professional. Every time they had to do any cutting outside, they closed the garage door so that my husbands nice car would not get dirty. The gentleman that came to measure called my husband so he would know exactly what to do prior to them coming out. Love these guys! Thank you John for everything.

Tried to get a quote for new kitchen counter tops, sent them 3 emails & the size of my counter tops. Someone from this company called me back on a Friday, said he would come out to measure on Sat. or Monday. It is now Tuesday, has not called. Thought it was weird to begin with that I wasn't able to find ANYTHING about this company on the internet. Glad they didn't call back, found a new real company.

Great service and best pricing family run facility

I provide one star because while the counter tops are satisfactory the experience was not. Adrian took measurements that differed significantly from the measurements my husband took; it was not until my husband insisted he measure the granite in our presence that he conceded to the correct figures (and thus price- he had been attempting to overcharge us by $200). The glue utilized to attach the granite to our cupboards is visible in more than one place. The screws to install the sink were far too long and Adrian left them sticking out dangerously in a cupboard. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Adrian himself. He was supposed to install the counter top on a Saturday; an hour after his scheduled arrival time I called only to be told he had forgotten about our installation and was on another job. He agreed to be at our home Monday at 8:30 am. 8:30 am came and went; his phone was going straight to voicemail and his assistant was unable to get a hold of him. He arrived at approximately 10:30 am, unapologetic. He had, at this point, delayed the work in our kitchen significantly, as our renovation team was unable to continue until the counter tops were in place. When this was addressed with him, and a financial consideration was asked for, he stated he would take the granite with him without installing it and keep the $850 we had paid as a "cutting fee". He was unpleasant, unprofessional, and incredibly difficult to work with. I cannot recommend against Adriano Granite enough.

I love the granite and the crew and office workers were just wonderful!
