Jazz came out to measure counters for my outdoor kitchen. He was at my house a short time and all he kept saying was “he has been doing this for 20 years”. I thought I was in good hands. I was wrong! The counter tops were installed and I didn’t have 3” overhangs to cover my under counter lights like I requested, the bar area overhang was cut short, the slab was not set straight, the seams were terrible, one inside edge was not polished and had a weird notch cut in it. The customer service to try and resolve went to a he said she said debate and of course him saying “I’ve been doing this for 20 years”. I would highly advise not using them as they don’t listen to the customer at all. And heaven forbid you have a problem they will never admit they made a mistake.

I had an excellent esperience with MGC. We found the quartz countertop we wanted for our bathroom remodel and are very happy with the results. They have a very large selection, and the price including install was great. The team that came out for measurements and then later the install was very professional and curtious. This was a small job, but I never felt like I was a low priority. Thank you MGC.
