Driver couldn't deliver my item due to road construction, even knowing that they try a second time then contac me to let me know about the situation, picking up at the depot was easy and quick.

I am so grateful for this courier service as they are the most polite courier service I have spoken to within the Edmonton area. They are incredibly personable and helpful. I was calling in not 100% knowing what I needed and they helped walk me through it and set me up an account. The fact that they have court running services and will even hot shot to Calgary are big bonuses to me using them at the company I am employed with. I should also mention how incredibly prompt they are! The court runners came much quicker than I expected and I have never waited past two rings when calling in.

Good place for truck parking

Very unpleasant dispatcher, makes it seem like you calling them is some kind of hassle or annoyance. Couple this with weird drivers in unmarked cars who give no tracking info or receipt upon pickup and the occasional lost package and you've perfectly summed up this company.
