Service with a smile. Easy and affordable. I enjoy how easy it is to pick up and go.

This outfit is extreme left leaning and the people running it are hypersensitive to the point of permanently destroying accounts at the drop of a hat.

Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid giving your business to this location. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but my first and only experience with Purolator has left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, the staff here need serious refreshers on customer service. Came in for two packages that were way too heavy to carry out of the store alone (a bed set and mattress) and was told that no one would provide assistance. Either a staff member was on break, or they just clocked in and had no clue what was going on, the excused just rolled off their tongues. What made matters worse was that they openly confessed that deliveries DO NOT make it to apartments!! Imagine that, a place that doesn't deliver to apartments in Vancouver....sheesh! They also openly admitted they do not call you when they come to "drop off" your packages. The one saving grace was that customer service was very understanding and I hope they keep their word about passing me through to management. I will never give this place my business again and I will make sure to recommend that others avoid it as well. 0/5 stars!

Horrible service. If you have any deliveries to an apartment unit, DO NOT go with this company. The delivery service doesn't have company phone numbers and can't call customers to facilitate pickups for whatever reason. I've tried 3 times to get my package delivered and they don't even notify if they're nearby. Instead they left a notice without even attempting to get in contact. If you have any heavy package try to have it delivered to a canada post office instead.

You guys need to quit smoking MARIJUANA on duty. It stinks up the store, and the neighborhood. (ps: It's still illegal)

I dropped off a package today. The guy at the counter was not helpful and rude. Asked if I could have a receipt, with the tracking # like I do at other UPS locations, says no. Told me to just take a picture of the package. I had to ask him to scan it into the system, he just left it on the counter unsecured. Will not be returning to this location, and will avoid UPS is shipping in whenever I can from now on.
