Would NOT recommend this company. They said this would be a 2 day install. After 2 months it was "finished". The structure leaks at all the seams (attached to house) and does not give you a dry area to have your furniture outdoors. They did not apply sealant at the attachment points to the house, therefore the rain just pours threw the seams. Very disappointed with the project, (NOT WORTH THE MONEY). I will be contracting another company to fix all the problems with the seams. The installer was pleasant and engaged to talk to, but unable to resolve issue. Would not recommend talking to Irene at their office, very unhelpful. Would not give them even 1 star, but have to so as to post.

This past summer Platinum Construction built us a deck with a screened in porch, they did a fantastic job! We could not be more happier with the cedar they used and the quality of the workmanship. You get what you pay for.

Great company, knowlegable and quality work

From start to finish I had a really great experience with ODS. They delivered on time, without any problems. Mirza and his guys were professional from start to finish. They made sure we were satisfied with the outcome of our deck. I would strongly recommend ODS.

Professional, reliable, and very competitively priced. We just had Cedar Springs replace a fence for our large yard. Their workmanship is absolutely meticulous and they were reliable, quick, and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a fence. The new fence has completely changed the look of our house and increased the property value.

No very impressed with Gord. If a company is busy then why would you try to quote a job and leave the customer hanging for almost a month to get a design. He is not worth the aggravation. Typical contractor says one thing does another. Deck he desinged was not even close to what we wanted.

Will never pay a subcontractor. Screws people left right and center. I literally have tons of legal files from court rooms. Signed by judges ruling again this company and specifically Shawn. Him and one of his companies owes me and my company thousands of dollars along with many many other contractors and home owners

Had Kanata Renovations renovate our kitchen. Ceramic work is sub-standard. I figure that the subfloor wasn't properly prepared. Flexing has caused cracked tiles and a good part of the grout to simply crumble. I'm not pleased that Brian promised to come back to address this and then failed to show up. Still waiting after several months. Not a good business practice.

Do no pay full until you have the full documents. They take the money and dont reply to calls or email. The owner does not respect other people time or any promise they make. The product is good, the people who install i am not sure. He is knowledgeable, but not reliable.
