Decks & Railing

Had beautifully designed brickwork completed in the Summer of 2016. Unfortunately, we have had some issues since then - simple fixes, and have been trying for the past year to get someone out to look at our problems. I have called, emailed and event sent pictures via email to the company several times each month since August of 2017 with promises that someone will return my call without success. I guess someone finally came out to the house this past Spring and replaced some brick work, but there was no follow up indicating this too us (and we still see the same issue as before). I was told that they just come out when they can - not necessarily when the homeowner is there to explain the issues. Our brickwork is beautiful, but the follow up issues and communication is horrible. We are getting more work done to our yard, but not through this company since customer service and follow up once they get your money is extremely poor.

The end product is very good but they are a very frustrating company to deal with. We were told the deck would take 3-4 days to build but what they didn't tell us was that that 3-4 days would be spanned over 4 months. When calling to find out when they'd be working next it was rare that anyone would ever pick up the phone, we were left talking to their voicemail time and time again. This next part is a fault on us, but be sure you get everything discussed written down on the quote they give you. We had discussed additional features with the builder that we were told were included in the quoted price, but when the time came to pay, they said those were 'extra' and not on the original deal. Overall the end product is good but I would not ever deal with or recommend this company to anyone.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to get a fence quote for my backyard and the woman answering the phone didn't even answer the phone as a business, just said hello. Then proceeded to argue with me about me sending her the dimensions for a quote vs coming down to do a proper site visit and estimate. Completely unprofessional. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Great to work with and responsive. I'd recommend Dave and his team to anyone that needs their deck re-sealed or repaired.

I bought a floating dock from them quite a few years ago which is still working great. With the water p so much this year I'm going to buy another for the back of the island.

Horrible. Incompetent staff. The credit card machine were down the other day and they only accept credit cards, no cash. Instead of putting up a sign, they continued to allow people to pull in the entrance and get boxed in by people behind them, thus creating a traffic jam. Beware. I will never park there again.

If you arrive before 4pm on Friday (even at 3:59pm), and stay longer than the 2ish hours for maximum daily rate, you will be charged $25 because, "the meter resets at 4pm" as I was told by Ultimate Parking Management. If you arrive after 4pm, you'll be charged a flat $10 rate. Keep in mind the signage states that you will be charged $4/20 minutes until 4pm but that is completely false. Park here, but make sure to arrive AFTER 4pm to save yourself $15...
