Great place to shop if you don't need lumber. The staff inside the store are great and very helpful but once you head out to door A or B your experience is sure to change. You hand your order sheet to one of the boys in the yard and your lucky to even get a grunt .they say nothing to you throw your order in the truck and walk away.I suggest getting out and checking your order been given the wrong wood on more than one occasion .now I go to home hardware first and if they don't have it then I roll the dice on castle

Trash company! Ordered a board game “Anecdote” turns out it’s a game MAT and not a board game. Owner refuses returns unless you pay a 10% restocking fee plus shipping. Have spent 100s of dollars on this site over the years trying to support a local business...ya forget it i’ll stick with amazon and other online sites.
