I was in Point Leamington NL on business and happen to stay here for a couple of days and loved it! It was a lovely comfortable Bed and Breakfast with my own bathroom and private entrance! The owners are super friendly and hospitable and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this for any short or long term stay when in Point Leamington NL.

Spectacular views, gorgeous home, clean, modern and well taken care of property. The beds were so comfortable and the soaker tub was a big bonus. Woah we had booked to stay longer!

Super propre, super beau, super agréable, super parfait...

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Well stocked, comfortable cottage. Enjoyed spending time on the deck looking at the quaint houses and watching the fishermen come in with their catch. Our dogs loved the trail that is attached to the property. Appreciated that the website has accurate photos of the cottage. Owners are excellent to deal with, and very responsive. Would recommend staying here!

We've worked with KM Burgess numerous times over the past several years. They have always been prompt and professional and we would highly recommend them!

The service we got from Wade, Tyler, and the rest of the staff was incredible. Our deck was a difficult design that we built ourselves and had lots of changes along the way. They were always there with suggestions and help when we ran into problems, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The materials were as good or better than big box stores and less expensive. This is the place to go for all your decking needs!

Great products and excellent knowledgeable people.

Don't not be fooled by the promises that they give you for after sale support. The warranty sheet that they provided us states that they will at no charge adjust the fence from standard seasonal deflection and installation error (limited lifetime warranty). We have had our fence for a year now and the fence has moved noticeably over the winter in two spots. My gate and a couple of the end panels are also slightly crooked. I'm not bothered by this as I understand that seasonal deflection happens and it's out of their control. What I am bothered by is the level of support I got when I asked them to come adjust it. They first told me there would be a minimum $275 bill to come and adjust it. When I reminded them of their warranty policy they told me they would come look at it and had set up an appointment with me. They never came to take a look at it and have since stopped responding to me. Look elsewhere if you want service. EDIT: they came out and repaired the fence. After looking at it they put the repairs under warranty.

If your looking for something lumber, they will have it! Along with superior service! Professional, knowledgeable, top notch products, that’s a winning combination! Forget the big box stores, this is the place to get your next project material!

Benn is a master carpenter and designer. Look at his gallery on his website and you'll see what I mean. A true pro! And even better he's very friendly and a pleasure to have around during the construction process.
