Very poor attention to customers concerns. I ordered the same part two times - about a week apart - and was charged identically for shipping ($20). But the actual shipping cost was drastically different for each parcel ($13.50 for the first vs. $1.80 for the second). When I contacted Jerry to inquire, I was met with disdain. He said he didn't need to listen to my questions, then said that the cost of the trip to the p.o. needed to be covered (which I understand) but he didn't care to address my questioning the actual cost difference. He said if the part arrived in one piece I should be happy. I was open to explanation, but instead was met with an obtuse attitude towards customer service.

I've known him for several years and had him do work for me which was completed to high standards, on time and within budget. He is passionate about great work and especially excited about producing awesome decks. The workmanship his team produces is consistently outstanding in every way. The team communicates well, shows up when they say they will (which is rare these days) and cleans up after the job is done. Highly recommended!

I called for a quote to have a basement reno'd and Mike said he would not come unless i revealed our budget... not professional Mike! Doesnt deserve our business!
