What they tell you in office for billing isn't what they actually bill you after you leave!! I've had to call twice because I was being charged for work that wasn't even done on my kids!! Go somewhere else!!!

Extremely friendly staff that keep a tight schedule ensuring you're never left waiting for your appointment. Both dentists are exceptional and very accommodating. The office places a high value on the latest and greatest technology which is a welcome change from other offices in town.

I've never had such a terrible experience at a dentist office. I didn't think places like this existed. Not only was I booked in for the wrong thing, which I had to explain to them twice after 15 minutes of waiting... but once I FINALLY got to explain why I came in which was a spot I'd noticed on my porcelain veneer, NOT for a full exam, NOT for X-rays and NOT for a cleaning. I was taken in, to listen to the dentist be extremely rude to her assistant, then I showed her the problem which she claimed she couldn't see. She repeatedly said she didn't know what the problem was so I asked her to buff the spot. I had to hold a mirror to watch her buff since she apparently couldn't see an obvious mark on the tooth, she missed it several times but in the end did fix it. Now a week later, I come to see I was charged for a complete exam, several X-rays, an hour of buffing, fluoride (among other things). I spent 30 minutes there, most of which were spent explaining that I wasn't there FOR THINGS I GOT CHARGED FOR ANYWAY. Absolutely disgusted. Don't go there. Save yourself the time and money. Now I have to go back to argue over this $800 bill for 5 minutes of buffing that I had to instruct... ridiculous.

I have been going here for a couple years now, and I wouldn't go any where else. They treat you amazing here and are always willing to work out your schedule and take emergency's!

"Amazing experience for my daughters first time!" The office is immaculate, brand new equipment and amazing staff. The receptionist had me filling in paper work and put Paw Patrol on the TV for my daughter. The hygienist/dental assistant took the time to explain every step. They have TV's in every treatment room. Dr. Hardy is knowledgeable and great with kids. My daughter was treated like gold. I had a very positive vibe from the entire experience. So nice to be around people who love their job! I highly recommend Generations Family Dental for kids and can't wait for it to be my turn.

Went to Infinity Dental with a client and was thoroughly disgusted. We waited for an hour and got one x-ray completed. Once going into the dentist office there was a dead mouse on the ground... A DEAD MOUSE!!!!!! My client was not comfortable finishing the appointment and we decided to leave. They told us they would cover costs of the x-ray. Today my client has another appointment at new office and they sent out a pre- authorised request causing problems with billing here. The lady was very rude speaking while speakinh with her on the phone and treated the receptionist at the new dental office very poorly. I am so disgusted and would not want anyone to go here especially with mouse in there clinic!

Dr. Gill and his team did a fantastic job on my crown today, the professionalism of him and his staff made for a pleasant experience.

Dr. Bordian is an effective communicator about dental issues. It would be good though to know the cost of assessment procedures before they are carried out.

Very professional and positive. They took me on short notice, I went in we actually started early so didn't have to wait at all. They got TVs set up so no matter what angle the chair is in there's something to look at. The thing that impressed me the most is though, is I needed a filling done. They did a before and after picture and it honestly just looks like they put in a brand new tooth. Much, much better look than the chunks of metal that most dentists put in your teeth.

I love bear creek dental, everyone is very friendly and they do a great job. They also allow payments which we really appreciated!
