receptionist was very rude on the phone assuming right away that i am a telemarketer without listening of what i have to say. Was trying to make an appointment with them. I was shocked. How did she managed to get her job i wonder. Poor customer service.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Grover and the staff. I suffer from anxiety and claustrophobia but they put me at ease, making the experience enjoyable and as relaxing as it can be. My 6 yr old son had a horrible experience at another dental office but loves coming to Grover Dental. The quality of work they do and customer service surpasses any other dental offices I’ve used in the past.

Dr. NELSON is fantastic! I have never met a better dentist. She truly cares about all her patients. She is kind as well as knowledgeable. Her office runs smoothly and efficiently. Every one of her staff are a delight to deal with. I can honestly say that I haven't experienced or witnessed a negative situation since becoming Dr. Nelson's patient 8 years ago.

I have just come back from having a Filling done & let me say, it was the best experience I have had visiting a Dentist Office as I have a fear of Dentists,. from the moment you walk in to getting work done on your Teeth I can honestly say it was calm & relaxing & the staff & Doctors there are more than professional, I would recommend Concept Dental to anyone who has fears of getting any type of Dental work done. Awful experience. Totally unprofessional people. They mixed our appointements. We went in for a simply teeth cleaning instead they book a dentist full assesment, took a bunch of xrays, used all our insurance coverage and ended up doing only half of the cleaning job since they used up over 25 minutes of the one hour we payed for doing their paper work and then try to have us come back for the rest of the cleaning. Forget that.
