Super nice, friendly group of people! Always happy and smiling

I phoned for an appointment and they were able to schedule me for the very next day. When I arrived the administrative staff was very professional and courteous, and once i was brought into the clinic area for x-rays and to see the dentist it was everywhere apparent that the initial professionalism and courtesy that i had been shown by the administrative staff extended to the technical staff, and to the doctor herself, ( Dr. Logan). Where I had to end up having to get two wisdom teeth pulled my needs fell out of the regular purview of a family practitionner. However, Dr. Logan prescribed anti-biotics in order to allow some abatement to the extreme amount of pain that i was in and recommended me to one of the dental surgeons here in the city.Like most people I dis-like having to go to the dentist, and I procrastinated till the pain was too much to bear, but the entire team at Chase and Associates made it so that I was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how quickly they agreed to see me, and really just how nice they all were.

Dr Bown, Suzanne, Stefan, Patricia, Quincy and the rest of the team are amazing!! The atmosphere is so relaxing, professional. What Peggy did for my smile was more than I ever expected. I absolutely love my smile, thanks to these beautiful people!! Highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. I call them my dream team!!!

Dr Parascan did a nice custom mouth guard with the colours of my soccer team! Can't wait to wear it at nationals in BC:)

I have always had a pleasant experience there. They are very friendly and very easy going. They explain things on a level where I understand what is going on. I highly recommend them!

I've been here 4 times. Mostly for cleanings. The dental hygenist I saw was good but rude receptionists. The 4th time needed a filling and was told it was on the surface and would not require freezing...I've never had a cavity filled without freezing but trusted him to do his job. He drilled into my tooth and hit what I assume to be a nerve causing serious pain and told me to hold still when I couldn't take the pain. I demanded freezing or I was leaving and they finally froze the hell out of my whole face somehow right to my forehead and sloppily filled a cavity that probably didn't exist. The filling fell out a month later. This guy is a criminal.
