Went in for my initial appointment and cleaning last week. They were on time, and really took their time with me (it's been awhile). I love the digital X-rays and photos of the teeth so the dentist can show me exactly what they are talking about! Very happy with my choice to go here.

Torture; that's what I experienced with this dental office. The hygienist was far from gentle, and my gums were sore and bleeding for quite awhile afterwards. I was in pain for the entire cleaning. It was a horrible experience. Plus the hygienist wouldn't stop talking and my appointment took a lot longer than it should have.

Very painful experience, not honest place, they can change your hygienist just because some one else need that appointment time and he or she will PAY . I have almost 5 years with them, I regret that, go find another place that respect you and themselves, they don't deserve the one star I gave them

Dr Luis and his team have always been extremely professional and courteous. It is easy to make and change appointments - they respond rapidly by email or telephone. All the staff are friendly and kind, and also supportive - it's not easy to have braces as an adult, but they make the experience as tolerable as possible!

Dr. Won takes exceptional care to do the job properly. I've had many dentists in my lifetime, and I am most pleased with the work done here. I also can't say enough good things about Linda (receptionist), who is extremely helpful; and all the chairside staff, who help make nervous patients feel much better. If we ever move back to Barrie, I wouldn't think twice about becoming a patient here again.
