Set me up for an appointment I didn't agree to did not call me to remind me of this appointment I was unaware of then emailed me and told me I was no longer a patient of theirs. I proceeded to call them on multiple occasions and they did not replay to me. Very unprofessional I do not in the slightest recommend this place.

Dr. Pop and her staff were not friendly to me. When I walked in to book an appointment the unfriendly woman at the desk ignored me for a few minutes. Then when I booked a appointment she walked back to talk to Dr Pop to see what times where available. All the times they had available would not work for me. So I booked it in half a year. So then my teeth have not been looked at for over a year and when I finally meet her she complained about my teeth. I told her about how I couldn't see a dentist in over a year, she wanted to argue with me. Then I paid and walked out. I do not suggest this dentist to anyone.

I've been with Mosaic Dental for several years now and I absolutely love them.
Everything from their flexibility with booking (even Saturday hours!), super friendly and professional staff and state-of-the art equipment and technology makes them stand out from my prior dentists. Did I mention the massage chair and the tv with wireless headphones (optional)?
I've already referred several friends and family and they feel the same way.

I found Dr. Pienaar, and I could stop there. But after several visits, I have to say I came away very much informed, impressed with her manner, and with Margo assisting, a calming, capable, patient, painless experience every time. Denise and Stephanie at the front reception rounded out, for me (a used-to-be nervous wreck in a dentist's chair), a very reassuring experience.

Decided to try this office out since it's close to my house. Had my first visit today, and was very happy with the service I received. They had a bunch of x-rays & photos done of my teeth and Dr. Johnston went through and explained each image/x-ray, showing me potential problem areas and what we should do next. Dr. Johnston seems really friendly & great overall, he seems like he's not one of those dentists who would make you feel self-conscious or guilty about your teeth.

This is by far the best Dentist I have ever had, and I am no spring chicken!
Their work is top notch, and they are fair and honest and do not do work that is not necessary.
I am not sure what happened to the person who said their communication was poor and the clinic was poorly managed as nothing could be further from the truth. The are professional, courteous and always go way above and beyond to accommodate my ever changing schedule.
If you are looking for a new dentist Manitou Dental should be at the top of your list.

I love going to Dr. Lee's office. Dr. Lee stays on top of new procedures as does Carrie the hygienist. They are always delighted to share new tips and ideas and do so in a very comforting and friendly manner that makes you think you are doing the right thing for your teeth. Every time I go for a check up or cleaning I am welcomed like an old friend and it makes me feel great to be there. Who knew you could actually look forward to going to the dentist? :)

I just had a great new patient appointment at Ottawa South Dental. Service was excellent. I was in and out seamlessly. They have big tv's where she was able to show me pictures of my teeth from the inside which I've never seen before. She was also very gentle with my sensitive teeth and didn't try to push me into services that I didn't really need. I recommend this office.
