Despicable! Unbelievable! This place screwed up my elderly father's dentures and when he went in to ask them to fix it they bullied him into accepting them the way they are. They fit so poorly and hurt his mouth so bad that he cannot wear them! $700, half his monthly income, down the drain! Do not I repeat do not give this place your business! Unless you like people STEALING from the elderly!

Great experience. Pays attention to detail and is very thorough in his explanations of what you need and why...staff is very friendly and the receptionist was nice. Doesn't give you unnecessary treatments/fillings like other places would just to get money out of you. Highly recommend!!

Best experience you can have at a dentist office! Carrie and her assistant are the best you can get for putting you at ease and pure professionalism from beginning to end. They will explain everything before and during to let you know what to expect, or if you choose you can zone out with your headphones on and know you are being given the best care possible.If you want to hear "I'm sorry it's taking just a tiny bit longer that I expected...I'm a bit of a perfectionist" then you are in the right place! If you have been putting it off....then don't! I haven't gone in a few years because of a bad experience in the past and was totally frightened by the thought of it. Carrie and her staff couldn't have done any better. Thanks guys!

My co-worker referred me to Dr. Leary in confidence and I am so happy she did. Not only is Dr. Leary professional, but you can tell he genuinely cares for your oral health and needs. He has a great memory of my medical history/preferences and in my opinion that is KEY to keeping patients. I also have to give credit to the staff as well. The assistants know how to balance, prioritize, maintain a safe and clean environment, and keep the doctor on his toes. As for the front staff, I would have to say that it was very surprising to hear how knowledgeable they are on the different kinds treatment themselves and I put my full trust into their billing department. Overall this office is wonderful and I will continue my care here. Don't underestimate the franchise name because they are awesome!

For the first time in my life I actually like my dentist! Dr. Ters is an expert dentist. He's meticulous, he's a perfectionist and he's gentle. My 9 yr daughter has been going to Bishop Orthodontics for about 4 months. We were refereed by a friend. We just love it. My daughter was nervous to get her palette expanders in but the Dr. and staff were all so friendly and kind she relaxed right away. They offer many different option for payment which is very convenient and affordable. I have already seen improvement in my daughters smile. Her teeth are looking great. I also like that they include my daughter in her own care. They actually talk to her instead of talking to me about her while she just stands there. It helps make her active in her teeth care. This is a great practice. I would recommend it to all.
