practice. From the minute I check in to the very end of my appointments I was treated with so much kindness and compassion. I had a dental emergency and was seen right away by Dr. Zyoud who was covering for my dentist Dr. Serry while she is away on vacation. The care and concern that was shown to me was phenomenal - Dr. Zyoud and staff worked through their lunch just so that I would not be left in serious pain. Their professionalism & care didn't stop once the appointment was over I received a phone call the next morning to see how I was feeling and was assured that if I needed to be seen again even if the office was closed I would be . Unique Dental of Putnam goes above and beyond for the care of their patients. Once again I can not thank Dr. Zyoud and staff for everything.

The dental assistants are nice, prices are outrageous. Got an attitude from a dentist when asking about how something was done, and they refused to take my insurance, even though they DO accept it and had accepted it in the past many times. Got told it was some kind of error and just to pay it (a couple thousand) and get reimbursed from ins. Never got reimbursed. I'm in collections for less than ten dollars that i apparently missed... To be fair, that was years ago but still...

I went to Dr. Gentile when my own dentist could not find the cause of my tooth pain. Dr. Gentile found it within 20 minutes. I had a broken tooth that took some special x-rays to find and he determined I needed a crown. I have never liked novacaine and have often gone without it. however with a crown I decided I should have it. Wow! I never felt the needle or the work he did. I am now pain free. I highly recommend this dentist.
