In May 2011 my daughter started a root canal treatment, which was never completed by the resident, but was still charged $ 750 for a service that was never done. After discovering this, I had a credit of $ 200 which until now have not received. march 2012

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. McKenna and his staff. The whole office is friendly, personable, caring and accommodating. Dr. McKenna has gone above and beyond making every visit a comfortable one. From someone who has feared the dentist their whole life, I put all of my trust in him without any question. If you’re in the area and need an orthodontist this is the place to go.

I can say that my experience has been excellent. Dr. Soprani is extremely caring and makes visiting a dentist a comfortable experience. Finally found a dentist that takes away the nervous feeling that I have felt in the past from dentist visits.

I had to get a root canal, and it was a horrible experience. It took 3 visits, The first visit i was provided Novocaine, but because of over-scheduling patients, and the dentist working on me as well as other patients. They ran out of time and told me to come back again. She gave me Novocaine and then walked away and tended to other patients, i sat in the chair for almost an hour, I kept looking back at her (the dentist) and trying to see if she was going to come back to me, when she finally did, she acted irritated as if it was my fault that I kept looking at her to come back to me, by then the Novocaine had worn off and when she started drilling my tooth, I could feel it. She gave me more Novocaine and then a few minutes later began drilling. Then she told me they had to close and I would have to come back.
The second appointment, they gave me Novocaine, waited, began drilling removing the tooth/nerves, then ran out of "time" again and gave me a temporary tooth, and told me to come back.
So this third time I had to get several needles of Novocaine and drilling.
They put in the tooth, and it was too big in height and not very wide, so two years later, today, it hurts and my jaw is sore almost everyday. Food is constantly getting stuck in the gaps between the teeth, far more so than with any of my other teeth. The dentists were unprofessional and the visits were not scheduled properly. For an operation that cost almost $2,000 out of pocket that I could barely afford, I had a terrible experience and I am thoroughly dissatisfied, with a constant reminder of the carelessness and callous attitudes of the dentists at this office. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will go out of my way to tell this story.
I should have complained at the time I got the operation, but I was younger, and was busy working 2 jobs with an infant daughter. - 2015
Update: They told me I needed $20,000 work of work - went to a second - non-corporate dentist - I had 2 minor cavities - everything else looked great.
Aspen wanted me to fill out loan paperwork - this place is scum

I love the family atmosphere with the unparalleled attention to detail. It is very comfortable & inviting for young children. I find that Dr. Benusis takes time to explain all the procedures. Both Amy & John explain all the pros and cons of treatments so I may make an independent decision. Both of the Dr. Benusis' have a great rapport with their assistant and they work very well together. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone as it's more professional than any practice in you'll ever visit.

I simply called in to ask two questions. one was if they were accepting new patients and the other question was if they had more than one dentist. the receptionist was so rude. every answer she gave me was with an attitude. I hope that this place would hire a more educated person who can answer the phone with a more polite and professional attitude. very, very, disappointing. I will never call again. I feel bad for the hard working dentist.

This is a fantastic practice with great service and expert care. Our family has been using there service for over 15 years, and we have always been highly satisfied. Indeed, I had gum disease from years of neglect, and Dr. Chahine and staff brought my teeth back to life. They also work diligently to keep costs down and work with our insurance. As regards regular cleanings and scalings kudos to Lauren who works her arm off to keep my mouth in order!
