My wife and I were long time customers of Dr. Fisher. Apparently he has retired, moved to a different location, or had an emergency situation he had to take care of. My wife tried repeatedly to contact him this year with no response even though his answering service apparently was relaying her messages. She stopped by his office when it was supposedly open. Door was locked. This message is not to condemn or criticize because I really don't know what happened, but patients should have been notified. I wish him well.

I went to bring my 10 year old daughter to the office I had called previously to have them explain the visit prior so I knew what to expect and I got no explanation from the office. My daughter was very uncomfortable and the Doctor did not make a pleasant visit at all. I strongly suggest to go to a different orthodontist if you want a better experience.

Dental assistants are amazing, you can tell that they are really great with kids. The set up of the office is very nice, kids friendly. However, dr. Bialik is the only dentist at a time span when I take my kids for an appointment. And everytime he gets to see my kids he just finished up with another child. He comes in the room and checks my son/daughter very stressed. In fact, when my son/daughter is frightened during a procedure, instead of talking to them, he grabs them by the chin and says "don't move or else you are going to get hurt" and says it in a very frustrating way. The whole experience as a mother for a child is already scary when they are doing a procedure but how he handles it is very unprofessional. He shouldn't be booking so much procedures if he's the only dentist on that day. Obviously already switched to another pediatric dentist.

I was looking for a local Dentist and I happened upon New Fairfield Dental. I found them online and thought I would give them a try. I'm glad I did; The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The office is Brand New with all the latest technology but still has that small town feel. I was shocked that Dr Quinby actually did the full exam. I had a comprehensive X-ray with the exam and the cost was VERY reasonable. The doctor is gentle even when using the "pointy" objects and I left feeling the way I went in. Ready to get my cleaning. I think I found my new Dentist.
