Deralise is a great hygienist. I always have a fantastic experience. She is knowledgeable and always explains thoroughly. I never used to like the dentist but now at least im never nervous.

I called to make an "emergency appointment" for my husband who required a tooth extraction within 48 hours. I was politely informed that Dr. Fairbanks does not perform extractions, but the receptionist was VERY helpful in referring me to oral surgeons & general dentists in the area who would. Based on the friendliness & service of staff alone, I will keep this office on my list for when we need dental work! Also, the receptionist did praise the dentist for whom she works & made no complaints. She seemed content to be at work, as if she really likes her job. That says a lot to me!

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Wong. Very informative, very professional, and very nice. I was able to get my problem taken care of same day due to a cancellation, he was quick, but also efficient. He did a great job and if I need an oral surgeon in the future, this is definitely where I'm going. I should add that the building is very nice, clean, and the staff is friendly.

I was referred to this place by a friend and was very impressed with the dental staff, they were very kind and caring. The receptionist Bryan on the other hand was a complete prick and treated me and my fiance like dirt, Rolling his eyes and yelling at us to the point of the nurse coming forward and explaining my uncertainty to him in baby terms. I have never been treated so poorly, and ignored with my medical issue. I will never return to this place and hope no one else has to deal with his hostile behavior towards patients. When working with people its in your job description to be nice and caring especially when people are spending hundreds of dollars at your place of practice.

I had a root canal recommended over 20 years ago from a different dentist. Here Dr. Di Paola filled the tooth. Less pain, less invasive, less expensive.
Staff get along well with each other and there is low turnover.
