This place is a joke literally a joke, if you have a emergency dental problem they are "booked"... really there was only two people in your waiting room, and you say you were a hour behind? Right the receptionists were totally unprofessional saying "deal with the pain our emergency hours ended at 10" really i have a tooth that is showing nerves bc i put my tongue ring through it... and only needed a 15 minute tooth removal. what a joke the two receptionist were totally out of line not polite nor understanding.... they just didnt want to do THEIR JOBS

Worst customer service ever!! His front office staff will allow emergency issues to go by - "nothing they can do" The only available appointment is in 6 weeks...
When told a 2nd and 3rd time ...this is an emergency and need to see the Dr.
Tabitha repeats - nothing I can do...End of May is the only appointment available and hangs up!!!!!
