We love Dr. Hadley and his staff (shout outs to Amanda and Lindsey!). Our who family goes here including our littles and we've had nothing but top notch service. Best teeth cleanings I've ever had. Dr. Hadley is very personable and professional. He explains things in layman's terms and is super thorough. Cannot speak more highly of this dentist and his team!

I have been with the Elams, first with Dr. Roy and then Dr. Bob and have had many good experiences from all the associates there. Always professional and courteous even when advising me to get more flossing going in those hard to reach places ! Also, quick to respond in emergency situations and conveniently located.

Just had my appointment cancelled for being 15 minutes late. I called to tell them I was stuck in traffic, the receptionist said it was fine, but I got a call back a minute later saying they didn't want to rush or inconvenience me (read: we don't want to wait for you) so they cancelled my appointment. I really liked this place, too bad. I had even come in last year to help them fix this google local maps listing as it had said that their office was closed and out of business. I thought my help would afford me being a few minutes late. Old review: Dr Kanai and his staff are (were) the best! Great convenient location in Little Tokyo right near Downtown. Modern and Comfortable office. I walked right in off the street and they squeezed me in for an appointment! As a first time customer I had to get my x-rays done first and come back another time for a cleaning, but I got lucky and Dr Kanai and his staff made an exception for me as they had something open up right after my appointment.

Dr. Kagawa is very kind and friendly. He is extremely competent and skilled. I have a phobia of dentists from past dental work and he tried his best to work with me in fixing my cracked tooth from past dental work. I am glad to have found this dentist. His staff is very professional and nice too.

Love, LOve, LOVE this office! The each member of the staff is friendly and welcoming that the “scary dentist” stigma is completely forgotten about. It’s like a party everytime i go except instead of hugging porcelain by the end of the night, my smile is china doll porcelain white. Now, some of you will get that and some of you won’t but either way, I LOVE DOWNTOWN DENTAL.

I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist but I do now! I had severe anxiety over the dentist until I started going to Zen Dental. Dr. Alessandra is warm, kind, funny and smart but most of all, she genuinely cares about me and the health of my teeth. Since taking her directions on oral care, my teeth are in the best shape they’ve been in in over 15 years. Since 2003, I’ ve had extremely complicated health issues (PTSD, CRPS II/RSD, CTE, IP) which, along with side effects of my medications, have caused a serious deterioration of my mouth health over the years. Prior to seeing Dr. Alessandra, I was getting cavities every 6months, or less, on average and began needing root canals& crowns regularly. However, within 1year of going to Zen Dental, I had significantly less problems and within 2 years, I have not had any cavities! This is because I take her directions to heart. She knows what she’s doing and has created a safe, relaxing environment that is a huge help if you have severe anxiety like I do. I know no matter how I’m feeling going into my appointments, I will always leave with a smile. Seriously, I’ve never laughed so much at the dentist! If you have anxiety, severe oral health issues and any kind of past dental trauma - Zen Dental will help turn that around for you. I know from personal experience!

After visiting at least 4 places I finally decided to go with this office. They have everything that you would need for braces at a very low cost. I paid about $3500 for a basic set of braces. Porcelain-$4500. They also do Invisalign. When paying out of pocket it was a no brainier since other offices charged $5000 for the basic set of braces. I hope this info helped!

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic, I had a emergency with my front tooth and didn't wana go to work like that and they took me in and helped me. I really appreciate how they helped me and plus They opened early wich is great. I was able to go to work afterwards, everyone in there are very nice and professional, thank you very much Geach dental.

Just had my root canal done here today...Definitaly coming back the staff was great very professional. They numbed me really good i practically didnt feel a thing during the proseger.. not in to much pain a hr after.... Got home slept 2 hrs and now heading to work my pain level out of 10 is like bairly a 1 i would explain it as when u flossed to hard and hurt ur gumms kinda pain... This is the place to go ill be recomending them to all my friends and they just made a life time paitiont

Dr. Joe is the best cosmetic dentist around, there is no reason to look further. I have been to both his Pasadena and Downtown LA office and the staff at both offices are great. They have Saturday and late Thursday appointments which helps me find a time where I don't have to miss work. I used to hate going to the dentist but not anymore!

I will never go back.
