I first saw Dr. How after I was concerned about a filling another dentist did. He took a look and showed me what the problem was with his camera that connects to a tv. Not only did he tell me what the problem was and what he was going to do, he also explained it to me in normal non-medical language. From the start, the staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable. When I expressed my concern about feeling pain, he reassured me that I wouldn’t feel anything, and even double checked that there was no pain halfway through. I ended up making another appointment for a full exam that day before I left.
