I'm not sure why the ratings are low but I come here because the location is ideal (go around the mall while kids are getting teeth cleaned) and the staff are nice!!. Stephanie, the hygienist there, is very pleasant and my teeth feel clean when she takes care of them. The front staff have always been friendly and accommodating with appointments. Nowelia, the manager there is really good with my kids, which is important to me. Dr. Hone is also great with my kids and explains issues to them in a way they can understand. Between these three, they are the reason why we went and still go to this dental place.
I'm also happy that they renovated the place in the past year to add another chair since it speeds up the time it takes for all my kids to get their teeth cleaned.

What a great experience! I'm very happy with the service, friendliness of all the staff and doctors, the great work on my teeth overtime and the overall experience is always very pleasant. The Dental Hygienist, Yasi and Dr. Parsi were pleasant and honest about my dental care needs. They were very caring and took the time to explain every procedure.
