Doctor Tolman (and his staff) are the best! Our whole family goes here and we've always been pleased with the level of care and great work that they do.

I went to TLC to have a root canal not only did they do it, but the very same day they made me a PERMANET WHITE CROWN!! They have this video camera that took a 3D picture then another machine that made the crown It took about 30 mins to make . It was great that I did not have to get, that ugly temporary crown and take another sick day and come back in two weeks , they saved me time and money.

As a nurse, I am very detail oriented and pay very close to cleanliness, sterilization, and quality of service. This was my first visit to TLC Dental. I was very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and administration. Dr. Phan and his staff were on top of their game and everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. I noticed they also replaced their seat covers, covers for the handles, etc., and how they utilized their equipment. The assistant took me in for an X-ray and I noticed how updated their technology was. She used this 360 degree xray thing – new to me. I used to go in for cleanings every 6 months at other locations, but this location is by far the most modern and technologically up-to-date. Quite impressed. After that, the assistant had me seated so the dental hygienist could prep me for a cleaning. She's very friendly! I believe her name was My or Mai. She assessed/examined my teeth and gums, and later taught me about the importance and technique of flossing, brushing, dental/oral maintenance. Later, Dr. Phan examined me and checked for cavities etc. Great patient teaching. On the way out they gave me some goodies. :) Happy camper. Thanks! I will be back! They give you a bag of goodies (toothpaste/brush) after your service and cold water bottles located in the front! Magazines are available while you wait. There is a TV in each room. Stores are nearby (walking distance) if you're waiting for a family member.

Such a helpful and wonderful staff. Dr. Choi is the best cosmetic dentist I know! I found them on Facebook and came in for a Invisalign consultation. No complaints, and I am currently doing Invisalign and everything is going perfectly. My teeth are almost completely straight! If you live near Rancho Cucamonga (or are in Rancho Cucamonga) you MUST go see Choice Family Dentistry

Great customer service ,my son has had horrible experiences with the dentist and they were very patient and kid friendly .we will continue to go tgete for now on

New PCP Kelly is rude, belittles and no care for her patients did not look at MRI's X Rays only read reports removed diagnoses that are attached to my fibromyalgia and constant nerve pain out of chart did not listen, told me I have mild arthritis when i have severe arthritis, degenerative disc disease, bulging disc, inflammation of sciatica nerves, severe anxiety, panic attacks,insomnia,sleep deprivation. Not once did she touch my body in regards to listening to lungs, heart e.t.c. I have been going to this clinic for many years never had any disrespect for their patients until now, Dr. Collin Lynn got me from bairley walking to where I'm now of a better pace and listening a care of his patients of being very thorough and very compassionate. Sadly to say I will not return to this clinic until Dr Kelly is removed. I will miss the staff a great deal, I will see the new provider in Corvallis 45 minutes from my home. PCP Kelly was on them attack of medications that I need for sleep,pain, and anxiety. Unfortunate the clinic will go from 4 stars down to 2 and a great loss of patients.I will return when she is gone.

Any time Gentle Dental cleans a pets teeth and they are not under the direct supervision of a veterinarian they are performing an illegal service. They are under investigation by the California Department of Consumer Affairs for this practice. Please, do not let an illegal service be done on your pet. If you insist on having your pet's teeth cleaned without an anesthetic it can be done at a few veterinary hospitals under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. It is not as thorough as when the patient is anesthetized and only some pets in need of teeth cleaning are appropriate candidates.

Friendly staff, do a great job. Facilities are very nice looking. They do well with children, our kids start their first check up there when they turn 3.

Amazing!!! I was referred to them by a co-worker and I am so happy I listened. The office staff is friendly and puts you at ease even if you have anxiety about your visit. I've never had a dentist make me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing. I had a temporary crown and a filling done in one visit. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep multiple times. This is definitely the place to go if you need a new dentist.
