I have unfortunately been in my share of Dental offices. Dr Plocki and his staff are as good as they come. I come from a medical family and have been in and out of medical offices my whole life and these people are Five Star. Dr. Plocki removed a tooth for me and it was nearly painless, took less then 10 minutes from time in chair til done and I only needed to use Aleve after. Thank you Dr Plocki for servicing Fallbrook.

My whole family goes to Dr. Kim's office, and have been for years. Dr. Kim is very friendly and explains everything you need to know about procedures, the hygienists (I've had Amber and Tracy) are awesome, friendly and do a great job, and the office side - Diane and Danielle are so sweet. They call and check on you after a big procedure, and are often willing to work with you on payments if you don't have dental insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his whole staff!

In short, he placed 2 implants and within 3 weeks my son and I knocked them loose with a knee to my face. The Dr. seems like a nice man, and the office staff seems like they are nice too. The lady Monique, who cleaned teeth was very good, kind and gentle. I like that she told my child what she needed to do better with teeth hygiene. I think it's probably a good office for your regular cleaning and x rays. I had a specific request/need, and was very disappointed when after an hour of being there we get a referral to go elsewhere to take care of the issue, which is pain and a bleeding tooth.
Why would they do a cleaning and an xray but not address the issue immediately.

I am not going to lie, i have always tried to put off the dentist but going to Dr. Lee is the best experience i have ever had with a dentist, i have been going to him for about 2 years now, and im honestly not planning on changing any time soon. And i cant say enough nice things about his staff as well for how kind and accommodating they are from Christie and Debbie. I am going leave you with this, he is an amazing dentist you really need to try him, you wont regret it.
