Great office, great staff. The service was very through, and Dr.Negom was very clear with the service provided. The fact that I enjoyed my time at the dental office speaks volumes. Pricing was reasonable. I recommend Dr.Negom and will be going back for routine cleaning.

It's always lovely to come to Family Dental Practice of Lancaster. My spouse and I always get treated very well, with kindness and respect. On our most recent visit, there was a minor miscommunication that brought on a sense of confusion and anxiety. Thankfully, the new manager, Evelyn was quick to clear things up and put us at ease. Her noble demeanor, kindness and understanding left us with a great impression. It's our first time working with her and I can see she does an excellent job. It's also nice to note that Dr. Roberts and the entire staff are so lovely and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Roberts, July, Sandra, Griselda, Trisha, Noelle, and everyone that makes our visits so memorable and pleasant. Dr. Roberts you are awesome and a great doctor. I had a scheduled apt for a root canal. The day before my apt they called to cancel it. I was very upset because I was already in pain waiting for this apt. I was referred out twice to other specialist, but Dental Care for Laverne had the wrong tooth marked for treatment in there forms. So again no treatment was done just consultations. So I called the office staff about the problem of no treatment done. I lleft several messages they would not return my calls. So I walked in the office they told me that they left several messages on my voice message. Which I told them I do not have it set up so they lied. I finally had no choice but to have my moler extracted, because of there incompetent work and cancellations. So now myself and my family will be going some were.

My cousin referred me to Dr.Shih and he is the most gentle Dentist I have met. His staff is amazing the girls are very helpful

I wish there were an option for zero stars!!! Dr. Singal is extremely impatient and has terrible bedside manner! He has no regard for how he speaks to his patients. He takes short cuts on his work, yet believes he's the God of dentistry. I went to his office 5 times for the same procedure! Don't subject yourself to his ego!!!
